Amy sat leaning on an old oak tree in the garden of the biggest mansion in the country. She was watching Cream and Charmy play on the lawn; she was looking after them while the others were studying. Sonic speeded past Amy, she looked at her watch it was only half two. “They finished early.” Thought Amy. A gloved hand was put on her shoulder. “Hi Shadow, nice day of ‘school’?” Amy said. Shadow, Sonic, Tails, Rouge, Espio and Knuckles were home schooled by their own tutor. Shadow sat next to Amy and said “I got homework.”

“What homework?” asked Amy.

“Science and math.” Answered shadow.

“Well I can help you with them. Any thing else?” said Amy.

“Yes, English.” Answered shadow.

“Can’t help you with that, sorry.” Amy said.

Shadow kissed Amy on the cheek, she smiled. “Oh and the tutor said for me to give you this.” Shadow handed Amy a piece of paper on it, it said:

“Oh dear.” Whispered Amy

“What is it?” Shadow asked.

“Oh nothing.” Said Amy.

“You’re worried that she will give you detention because you haven’t done your English homework.” Predicted Shadow.

“Yes.” Amy sighed.

“Hmmmm….I know! You help me with science and math and I’ll help you with your English.” Suggested Shadow

“Yer ok.” Agreed Amy.

“COME ON LOVEBIRDS I NEED YOUR HELP!!!” shouted Knuckles.

“We better go and help.” Said Amy.

Shadow and Amy walked hand in hand to the patio. It turned out that Knuckles needed help preparing the barbeque for diner. Amy was laying the table while Shadow watched the kebabs and burgers for Knuckles. Later all 12 of the heroes were sitting round the long table, 11 were talking about what they wanted to be when they are older, 1 just listened intensely until:

"Amy what do you want to be when you're older?" asked rouge

"I want to be a food scientist." answered Amy

"eat up we have a missthon from headquters for you" shouted victor, so everyone could hear
