This is pretty much a JouxAnzu fanfic, with a bit of YamixYuugi, KisaraxKaiba and HondaxMiho.

PROLOGUE

⌠Yes, Yuugi I would love to go out with you.■ cried a man with tri-colored hair to a boy that almost looked exactly like him.

Yuugi leaped into the man▓s arms. ⌠Oh, Yami, I love you so much!■

Unbeknownst to them a sad brunette girl about Yuugi▓s age was watching, tears streaming down her face.

⌠Danm it, I▓m too late, now I▓ll never get Yuugi┘.■

She walked away from the two lovers and went to their classroom.

There, was a boy with strawberry blond hair, he was crying as hard as the girl.

She walked up to him.
⌠I guess you had something bad happen to you too, Jounouchi-kun■

⌠Yeah■ said Jounouchi ⌠Mai freaked out and committed suicide.■

Tears streamed harder from his sad red-brown eyes.
⌠What am I going to do now?, Shizuka▓s got a boyfriend, Mai▓s gone, who am I going to protect now?■

The girl took a seat near his desk.

⌠Yami beat me to confessing our love to Yuugi┘.■ She sobbed.
⌠I thought he had a crush on me the whole time, but it turned out I was just a friend.■

Jounouchi wrapped his eyes around the girl.

⌠Anzu, I never told you this but I have always had a crush on you since we met in middle school.■ He put his lips around Anzu and kissed her.
Anzu accepted the kiss and put her arms around Jounouchi.
Jounouchi and Anzu pulled away twenty minutes later.

⌠Why don▓t we go out sometime, Anzu-chan.■ Whispered Jou.

Anzu gushed, Jounouchi has never called her Anzu-chan before.
⌠Okay, Jounouchi-kun■ she smiled.

A few hours later, in recess, Honda and Miho were talking to the new couple.

⌠WHAT! YOU▓RE NOW GOING OUT TOGETHER!■ they exclaimed.

⌠Yes■ replied Jounouchi, ⌠We all of a sudden felt this connection and I▓ve always loved her.■

Honda laughed.

⌠Jounouchi, you two have always fought with eachother, why did you all of a sudden start going out!■

Miho however felt differently from Honda.

⌠Miho thinks it▓s cute!■ she gushed.

Anzu and Jounouchi blushed but still held hands.

⌠Maybe we could all go to Burger World, you and us.■ Said Jounouchi.

⌠Okay.■ Said Honda and Miho.

The four all headed home a few hours later.
