Mulan 3: Back At It Again

Summary: Mulan and Shang have 2 kids. Ming Lei, and Kino Hans. When Mulan and Shang have to go to war again they leave the kids with Mulan's parents. After they come home from the war they find the village has been raided and the kids are missing. Now they're on a mission to find the young kids before it's too late. Will they be able to save them? And will one of the parents lose their life trying to save eachother?

A/N: I know this is a little short but I didn't want to give away to much. Anyway. I don't own Mulan except for Ming Lei and Kino Hans. I hope you like this story. And please review.

Chapter 1

Mulan watched her two children play outside with their friends. She laughed to herself as she saw Kino play with a wooden sword Shang had carved by himself. "Hey beautiful.", Shang said as he kissed her on the cheek and grabbed a cup of tea and watched the two youngsters. Ming Lei played with her doll as Kino ran by her and knocked dirt onto her dolls. Ming Lei looked up at her older brother and frowned. Mulan giggled at the little girl.

Shang rubbed Mulan's shoulder and kissed her cheek when there was a sound from outside. Mushu came out of the house and sighed. Mulan looked down at him when Shang came back in the house and grabbed the little children and carried them to his horse. "Shang. What's wrong?", Mulan asked worried at the way that her husband was acting. Shang loaded up the children and mounted his horse.

"Shang!", Mulan said as she mounted her horse and followed Shang. She rode by his side looking down at her two children wondering why Shang was acting this way. Shang sighed and looked down. "We have to go to war Mulan.", Shang said in a whisper. Mulan gasped as Shang went past her and his horse began to run. Mulan caught up with him again. "Where are you taking them?", Mulan asked.

"I'm taking them to you parents house. They'll be safe there.", Shang said looking forward as they came closer to Fa Zhou's house. When he got there he put the children down and patted their heads and gave Kino his wooden sword and sent them inside. After that he rode off Mulan behind him. Kino and Ming just stood there and waved along with their grandparents, and turned and went into the house.

Shang and Mulan went to see the Emperor. "Fa Mulan.", he said as Mulan bowed. "General Shang. I believe I need your assistance once again.", he said as he sat down. "The rival kingdom is restless. They request we go to war.".

"But your highness, we might die. We've got 2 very young children at home.", Mulan said with worry in her voice. The emperor stood before her and said, "I have great faith in you Fa Mulan. I trust you to keep this mission.". Mulan replied, "As you wish.". They left the palace and mounted their horses and left to gather up troops.
