The old COM is my first work, you may think this is senseless, but for one reason, you’re breaking my heart. I felt humiliated! So please don’t put it without my permission!

‘Yes, Kanayuki-sama. Are you ready to go there soon?’.

‘I am ready, Sazurin. Let’s go now—’.

‘Yes—’.

- Cross Academy -

She stepped out from her car, drove by Sazurin, her servant. ‘Kanayuki-sama, we have arrived—’ said Sazurin as he turned back and faced the pale-looking young vampire. ‘Kanayuki-sama?’ called him.

The girl stiffed and looked at Sazurin as she looked outside the car window. ‘This is Cross Academy? This prestigious building?’ asked her. Sazurin nodded and said the large building that looked so expensive was the Cross Academy. She returned back to her seat and told Sazurin that she would go there then. She opened the car door and stepped out from it and stared at the buildings. So big, so expensive, so full with scents of humans, and I could feel the great power of vampires. She smiled and turned around to see how Sazurin doing his job. ‘Finish unloading the luggage? It is not much, I hope—’ said her.

Sazurin looked at his mistress, and answered, ‘No, miss. It is quite fine. Come, let’s go inside. It’s cold out here’. Sazurin smiled and pulled the luggage towards the Cross Academy building. Kanayuki smiled and followed behind him.

- Rooftop of Cross Academy building -

‘Zero!’ called Yuuki as she ran after Zero who was running and jumping over buildings. ‘Slow down a bit, idiot!’ cried her. Suddenly Zero stopped and looked sideways and showed his angry look. Yuuki caught up after him and wondered why he looked frustrated. ‘Zero?’ called Yuuki. ‘What is wrong?’ asked her in confusion.

Zero moved his eyes to show what he was looking. ‘Hmm? Eh, a Day Class girl?’ asked Yuuki suddenly. ‘Ah, is she going to make troubles?!’ asked her as she jumped from the building. ‘Hey you!!’ cried her as loudly as she could. Zero saw Yuuki jumped suddenly and told her it was not a Day Class girl. ‘Oii! Yuuki!!’ cried Zero as he jumped as well from the building.

Kanayuki and Sazurin who were walking towards the Cross Academy building stopped and looked at both Yuuki and Zero who was jumping down from the building. ‘She would ambush me, take cover!’ said her as she ran and dragged Sazurin with her. ‘Kana—!’ called Sazurin as he was dragged by Kanayuki into the bushes nearby. ‘Shh!’

Both Yuuki and Zero reached the place, but they see no one. Yuuki asked herself, ‘Where is that girl?! I am so going to lecture her!’. Zero sighed and told her it was not a Day Class girl. ‘Like I said before, that girl we saw, she was not a Day Class girl!’ said him angrily. Yuuki looked at Zero and wondered why. ‘How come? Only Day Class students would roam around like pesky kids!’ said her grumpily.

Suddenly, they heard sounds of footsteps of someone. ‘That must be her!’ said Yuuki as she took out her Artemis rod and hit the person. But—

‘Eh?! Hey, let go!!’ cried Yuuki as she tried to make the rod return to her, but the person wouldn’t.

‘Yuuki?’ called Kaname. The moonlight passed them and revealed the face of Kuran Kaname. ‘Why are you hitting me with the Artemis rod, Yuuki?’ asked him.

Yuuki quickly blushed as Kaname released the Artemis rod and gave it to her. He then looked at Zero. ‘Good evening to you too, Kiryuu-kun. Yuuki, to you as well’ said Kaname as he smiled. ‘What happened?’

Yuuki who was blushing just now, quickly told him what happened. ‘A girl, there’s a girl just now. I thought she was a Day Class student, but I don’t know, Kaname-senpai’ said Yuuki. ‘So when I heard you came, I thought it was the same girl, so I hit you. Sorry about that—’.

Kaname smiled and told her it was alright. He then told them that the reason he was here was because he just heard that a new student will come for the Night Class section. ‘That means, another vampire is coming. I do not know the details yet, but I heard from Chairman that she would come here tonight. I think that it might be that girl you meant just now—’ said Kaname.

Yuuki suddenly dropped her Artemis rod. ‘I am so sorry, Kaname-senpai! I almost hit one of your kinds!’ apologized Yuuki as she bowed down in guilt. ‘It is fine, Yuuki—’ said Kaname as he comforted her. ‘I am sure she would forgive you—’. ‘But I!’ said Yuuki but she left it unfinished.

Zero moved towards the bushed and looked downwards. ‘Don’t hide anymore, vampires!’ said him as he pointed his Bloody Rose gun towards Kanayuki and Sazurin. Sazurin moved a bit and made sounds. Zero smiled and pulled the trigger. ‘No! Don’t shoot!!’ cried Yuuki as she ran towards Zero to stop him. ‘Kiryuu-kun!’ called Kaname. His eyes glowed.

BANG!!

Instantly Yuuki stopped at her place, her eyes wide opened. ‘Zero, no! Did you killed them?!’ asked Yuuki as tears almost came to her. Zero dropped his gun and said, ‘No, I didn’t kill them, yet. Show up!’.

Slowly, the bushes moved around and Kanayuki moved out from there, showing her annoyed face. ‘Get up, Sazurin. The bullet didn’t hit any of us. Don’t be a cat—’ ordered Kanayuki. Sazurin slowly stood up as he followed Kanayuki who stepped out from the bushes. ‘Annoying guy indeed!!’ cried Kanayuki as she clutched Zero’s neck. ‘Do it again, and I’ll kill you for that!’ said her angrily. Zero laughed and said, ‘A threat from a vampire? Hah!’

Annoyed with his attitudes, Kanayuki decided to punch Zero but as she was about to give her attack, her hands were caught by Kaname. ‘Kanayuki?!’ asked him. ‘What are you doing here?’. Yuuki noticed it and wondered if Kaname-senpai and this girl knew each other.

‘Kaname, brother—’ said Kanayuki.
