It felt like it was only yesterday that Dinah accidentally touched that key and their whole world became a spiral of dreams and drama. The further along though they went into the mausoleum the better Dinah became, she wasn’t as ‘mental’ as she was before.
If anyone met Edaniel out side of Vincent and Dinah they would of thought him to be crazy, something to be locked away.
The lost souls of the sunken mausoleum didn’t have names like ghost but instead they we given names by the keepers or they came with it. No one ever was nameless in this pavilion of death and dreams.
Sometimes Edrear would get a little closer to Dinah so he could feel her human tenacity radiate off of her. But when he did move her human companion who noticed it, his elder brother changed that boys name in every sentence.
The mausoleum saved souls and returned them to peace, they only destroyed the ones deemed unfit and dangerous. It’s preparations after Dinah was finished the with mediocre tasks of bringing these spirits peace was to save her from the human world. If she could complete the tasks she was worth enough to become sort of a guilds person for the guild of Bizenghast than to let her free in to the human world where another guild would pick her spirit up eventually and see all that she has done.
