This is a rewrite of chapter 1 of “Zoids New Century vs. Transformers Cybertron”. Disclaimer: I do not own Zoids or Transformers, only the title and the plot of the story.

I found the information "Organoid System" at wikipedia and searched for Liger Zero and scrolled down to Media Appearances, I am also using the information on the main characters as well.

Also Shockwave along with Generation 1 Onslaught and Ravage names will be mentioned in this chapter and later on in the story.

Chapter 1

Team Lighting & Blitz Team meet the Decepticons and Autobots.

Planet Zi

Far out from the planet earth exists another planer similar to earth that is populated by humans. The difference between them? Simple, #1 the planet's name is Zi, #2 the planet's landscape is mostly desert, and finally #3: The people participate in a gladiator-like sport piloting giant mechanical robots that resemble animals from earth called Zoids.

The zoids are used in a sport-like battle with a robotic referee that simply referred to as a Judge. Entering a zoid battle field is restricted and is highly dangerous, only a complete idiot would do so. One person in particular is the famous zoid pilot Bit Cloud, who was once a junk dealer who went from mile to mile after a recent zoid battle field looking for parts to either keep for himself or sell for profit.

One day Bit had interrupted a battle between the Blitz team and the Tigers team which damaged the Blitz team's Shield Liger, Bit then sneaked into the base of the Blitz team to steal some of their part off of their zoids. Somehow he is able to escape from their base with their Liger Zero zoid and was considered uncontrollable, a zoid that unknown to the Bit and the Blitz team was an "Ultimate X", a zoid equipped with a "Black Box", or "Organoid System"; a self supporting artificial intelligence program that allowed it to think for itself and learn past experiences, becoming more powerful than other zoids.

Location - Blitz Team Base.

"BIT CLOUD!! GET BACK HERE WITH MY COOKIE!!" a voice shouted that belong to a red headed girl with purple eyes, slim body, and a short tempered girl named Leena Toros who was at the moment chasing the blonde haired and aqua green eye colored pilot Bit Cloud after she caught him stealing one of her cookies that she made...again as usual, Bit has Leena chase him around the base until Leena catches him and beats him up brutally or he ditches her and enjoys his plentiful bounty which he stole from a red head trigger-happy lunatic named Leena Toros, who gets even with him by stealing his food and it's the other way around.

Meanwhile inside the kitchen the Blitz team's strategist and advice giver Jamie Hemeros was cooking pancakes for breakfast, who whenever he pilots his Raynos who becomes unconscious allowing his alter-ego the Wild Eagle to take over. Jamie's alter-ego 'The Wild Eagle" is generally considered a skilled pilot, however his skill is often counterbalanced by his cocky overconfidence, which usually results in major damage to the Raynos.

Brad Hunter is a pilot who began his career as a mercenary, and was hired by the Blitz Team to boost their pilot numbers. He used to pilot a modified Command Wolf that had a 50mm double barrel rifle cannon, until the zoid itself was completely destroyed where their last battle was at which was in a mountain area that had a hot springs resort there.

He told the others that he had saw an unknown zoid, but didn't believed him and so he left for a few days to find the mysterious zoid which turned out to be a prototype zoid called the Shadow Fox that was being tested by and the Backdraft Group who lured Brad to a cliff where he chased after the Shadow Fox, only to lose control of his Command Wolf and was badly damaged when it crashed to the bottom and was destroyed by several missiles.

Brad almost didn't survived the explosion and was taken prisoner by , where he awoke to find himself being strapped to a Gravity simulation and faked being unconscious where he escaped by stealing the Shadow Fox which he used to take out the Backdraft's zoids with ease which caught Layon's attention and asked him to join the Backdraft Group. Which he did in order to double cross them and steal their only prototype model of the Shadow Fox where he used his zoid gear to register the Shadow Fox under the Blitz Team's name, which took Doc, Jamie, Bit, Leena and Layon by total surprise.

Brad was already doing his regular morning routine which was drinking a nice cup of black coffee, while Steve Toros the manager of the Blitz Team and father of Leena and Leon was at the table playing with his zoid models (I know what you're thinking. Why is a 35 yr old man playing with toy models? No offense Doc.) and who can be impulsive (notorious purchasing weaponry on the basis of being 'shiny' and 'big'), over-dramatic and immature at times, but in all is a knowledgeable man.

Leena came into the kitchen in a cheerful mood humming to herself after beating the living crap out of Bit after she caught up with him for stealing her cookies again. A few seconds later Bit came into the kitchen with a black eye and a slight nose bleed "Hey Leena, did you catch Bit stealing your cookies again and gave him the usual treatment?" asked Jamie as he brought the pancakes over to the table.

"You betcha, Jamie. So dad, just who the next team we fight?" said Leena to her father who didn't hear what Leena said to him. "Hm, did you say something Leena?" asked Doc.
Leena let out a small growl and repeated "I said who is the next zoid battle against?"

"Oh, yes I think it's the Lighting team and it's battle mode 0956, which means that each team must have three zoids on each team. The battle is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and it's twenty miles due west from hear." said Doc.

"Alright. I cannot wait to battle Jack and the Tasker sisters again tomorrow afternoon. It's good to know that we won't be facing any weak opponents, as long we stay in Class S that is." said Bit Cloud.

"I hear ya Bit, as long we some good prize money." said Brad.

"That's like you Brad, it's always about how much prize money you mercenaries get payed huh?" said Leena as she took another bite from her pancake(s) that were on her plate.

Location - Lighting Team Base

Chris and Kelly Tasker along with mercenary Jack Cisco were busy preparing their Lighting Saix zoids for the battle tomorrow. Chris, the youngest twin was wearing a blue jumpsuit that fitted her beautiful gorgeous body nicely while revealing her a little bit of her belly. She had short cut medium dark brown hair and light brown eyes, her twin sister Kelly wore a green jumpsuit and had the same hair and eye color as her twin sister Chris had.

"You girls almost done getting your zoids ready for the battle against the Blitz team tomorrow afternoon?" said Jack as he finished up checking his Lighting Saix.

"Yes." replied both Tasker twins at the same time. "I cannot wait to get payback after what happened at the Royal Cup." said Chris as she remembered how her Lighting Saix got beaten by their Shadow Fox zoid.

"Well, good night girls. See you in the morning." said Jack as he left the hanger and went to his room to be well rested for the zoid battle against the Blitz team, Bit Cloud and the Liger Zero.

A few minutes later, both Chris and Kelly decided to call it a night and went to bed unaware that Chris along with Kelly, Jack, the Blitz Team and all of planet Zi were about to get caught in the middle of a million old war between two alien robot fractions.

Decepticon Base

Megatron, the feared and merciless leader of the decepticon army had been planning on invading the planet called Zi and capture a zoid pilot along with the pilots zoid and force them to either work with him on plans of total enslavement of the universe, if they refused to they would be crushed to death, stepped on like a bug, ripped apart slowly or they could threaten the lives of their team mates, family, or someone really close to them.

Shockwave, one of the greatest computer hacker on Cybertron had informed Megatron of the location to planet Zi where Megatron sent a few of his scouts to find as much information about this planet Zi. Once his scouts landed, they disguised themselves as a green/black Dibison with 105mm 17-Shot Mortar Cannon along with a Crusher Horn, 8-Shot Missile Pod x2, and 35mm Anti-Ground Cannon x2. A black/light gray Zaber Fang with an AZ (Anti-Zoid) triple Barrel Shock Cannon and an AZ (Anti-Zoid) 30mm Double Barrel Beam Cannon.

Names of the scouts: Onslaught - Green/Black Dibison, Ravage - Black/Light Gray Saber Fang. (I decided to name them after some of my favorite Generation 1 characters.)

Robot forms/weaponry:

Onslaught - Head folds down and becomes a gigantic chest plate, front hooves fold down revealing his hands and his back legs w/ anchors balance his new body. While the huge cannon on his back is still usable (Like Transformer's Energon Demolisher's dump truck mode has the multi-missile launcher in robot mode.) and can do a lot of damage to his enemies. (Color of Visor: Orange.) For even more firepower, his cyber-key power allows his 105mm 17-Shot Mortar Cannon to shoot a charged laser-like beam at the enemy. The triple AZ barrel Shock Cannon shoots charged laser-like beam only in Zoid mode.

Ravage - Head of the Zaber Fang Zoid folds down and becomes chest plate, front legs fold revealing the arms while his back legs become straight balancing his new robot body with the help of anchors popping out the back. His AZ 30mm Double Barrel Beam Cannon retracts to his neck when he uses his cyber-key power. (Like Jetfire's missiles on his back appear when he summons his cyber-key power.) Color of Optics: Red.

Onslaught and Ravage alternate forms were perfect disguises for them to attack the Z.B.C's (Zoids Battle Commission) base which they then hacked into the computers and find any information on planet Zi and all the different zoids that the humans on Zi pilot.

Megatron got up from his quarters and headed towards the command center to see if Onslaught and Ravage had anything new to report to him. As he entered the room, Thundercracker approached and saluted him then said "Megatron. There's a message for ya from Onslaught and Ravage. Their saying that they found a few good pilots to kidnap and know the location of where the battle will be at."

"Excellent." said Megatron as he headed towards the communications room to hear the message from his scouts on planet Zi. "Playback the message that Ravage and Onslaught have sent to us." ordered Megatron

Thundercracker went towards the computer console and pushed a few buttons which displayed on the screen a transformer whose body was bulky and had a massive multi-barrel cannon on his back, while the chest mounted a bull's head. The mech's visor was orange colored, while the rest of his body was a mix of black and green.

"Onslaught and Ravage reporting in, Lord Megatron." said Onslaught as he saluted Megatron.

"Impressive disguises you and Ravage have chosen, Onslaught." said Megatron. "Thank you, sir." said Onslaught.

"Now on to more important matters Onslaught. What are the names of the zoid pilots and the location of the battle?" ordered Megatron

"The names of the zoid pilots are: Mercenary Jack Cisco pilots a Lighting Saix, Chris Tasker team mate of Jack Cisco, has a twin sister named Kelly, and all pilot Lighting Saix type zoids. I am sending you the data on the Lighting Saix along with the three pilots, Lord Megatron along with the time and location of the battle zone also the info of there opponents the Blitz Team." said Onslaught.

"Data has been received Megatron, sir." said Thundercracker.

"Ah, excellent work Onslaught and Ravage. That will be all for now, contact me if you find anything useful for us to steal and on when the location of the Lighting Team's next battle is." said Megatron

"Will do Lord Megatron, Onslaught and Ravage out." said Onslaught as the line was cut and the screen went blank.

"Men, prepare to leave for planet Zi tomorrow." Megatron ordered to his troops as he headed back to his room to get plenty of recharge for the upcoming battle and kidnapping of a Zoid pilot.

Planet Zi - Zoid Battle Field

"Mobilizing Gun Sniper." said Leena as her Gun Sniper was got out of the hover cargo and on to the battle field followed by Brad and the Shadow Fox and Bit Cloud and the Liger Zero in the Jager armor was launched from the upper area of the hover cargo. A few seconds later did the Judge capsule which popped up from the crater from it's landing, did a warning sound came from it saying "The area within a 25 mile area radius is a designated zoid battle field. Warning!! Warning!! All non zoid warriors must evacuate the area immediately! This zoid battle is between the Lighting Team and the Blitz team. Battle mode 0956. Ready...FIGHT!!"

As soon as the judge said those words did both teams went after each other. Team Lighting immediately went to work using their same strategy that they used to defeat the Blitz team on their first match after Jack and the twins created the Lighting Team.

The three Lighting Saix's first went after Leena in her heavy armed Gun Sniper, Leena saw them coming right at her. "Oh no you don't not this time again. I'm going to be beaten that easily like our first battle." She then fired her two beam Gatling guns along with her two 8 shot missile pods at the three Lighting Saix's but missed all three of them who fired at her taking out the Gun Sniper with rapid shots at it.

"DAMN IT! Next time I'll get them and they'll pay dearly." Leena growled in frustration at being taken out of the battle so quickly. Jack was currently fighting the Liger Zero Jager, while Chris and Kelly fought against Brad in the Shadow Fox. "Chris, Kelly be extra careful in case the Shadow Fox uses it's smokescreen to distract you." said Jack through the com. link.

"Roger that Jack. Chris and I will be extra careful not to fall for that one again back at the Royal Cup tournament." replied Kelly as she maneuvered her Lighting Saix along side with Chris's.

"I'm with you on that one Kelly, let's attack him with all we've got." said Chris as she and Kelly maneuvered their zoids towards the Shadow Fox was and started to fire at will. "AH SH--!" exclaimed Brad as the Shadow Fox was pummeled with endless rounds from the Tasker's Lighting Saixes cannons.

The Shadow Fox was now out of the battle, now it was Bit against Jack and the twins. "Ah shit! This is going to be tougher than I thought, I gotta to think of something-" thought Bit as the Liger Zero's scanners along with the others such as Jack, Chris, Kelly and the Hover Cargo's picked up two unknown zoids along with a VERY strange signal of unknown origin as the strange signal turned out to be a portal of some sort opening not too far where Bit, Jack and the twins were at.

Everyone all had 'WTF' looks on their faces as two jets along with several 30ft robots came out of the portal, plus the two unknown zoids turned out to be a Dibison and a Lighting Saix that headed towards the robots. What was even crazier was that the two zoids changed into robots themselves that stood around 45ft tall.

The two zoid robots bowed down to one of the robots that had pale blue optics along with two horns on it's head. "Attention humans! My name is Megatron, leader of the decepticons soon to be ruler of the universe. I have came here to have Jack Sisco along with his team mates Chris and Kelly Tasker to join my army, surrender peacefully to me and I might let the others live. Otherwise you will leave me no choice but to take one of them by force." shouted Megatron to the Blitz and Lighting teams who were all dumbstruck at what the robot known as Megatron demanded as they had 'WTF' looks on their faces.

Bit was the first to retort to him "No way in hell are we going to let that happen, Mega-dork or whatever you're name is." as Liger Zero roared to Megatron and his goons challenging them. Megatron was beyond furious at his name being mocked by a human and was trembling with rage and fury.

"HOW DARE YOU LITTLE PATHETIC HUMAN MOCK MY NAME! Decepticons! Attack the humans but spare one of the members of the Lighting team, leave the one who mocked me to die by my hands!" yelled Megatron as he along with the others charged towards where the humans were.

"DAMN IT BIT CLOUD! Because of your BIG mouth, we're all going to be killed by alien robots!" yelled Leena through the com link channel as she glared daggers at him and the Liger Zero as did everybody else which caused Bit to act his usual nervous self. "Me and my big mouth I just had to piss off Leena. Knowing her she's going to kill me along with the others, but right now I need to focus on staying alive." thought Bit as Liger Zero fired it's underbelly cannons *I don't remember the correct name of it* at Ravage and Onslaught.

Autobot Base

Optimus along with the other autobots were alerted to the decepticon's whereabouts on another planet similar to earth. They immediately left for the planet and had Override stayed with the children as they entered the warp gate.

Planet Zi - Zoid Battle Field

The Decepticons were already gaining the upper hand and quickly captured Chris who was told to run for help as Bit, Jack, Kelly, and Jamie tried to hold them off. Starscream shot at her and was able to take her along with the zoid in robot mode through a warp gate.

Kelly tried to stop Starscream but was shot at by Onslaught's cannons which caused her Lighting Saix to roughly crash and roll over multiple times. Onslaught was about to finish her off when he was cut off by Optimus Prime's super mode laser blast.

The other autobots soon followed out of the portal and began attacking the decepticons where they won by the decepticons being ordered to retreat by Megatron as his troops along with Onslaught and Ravage enter the warp gate back to their base while Optimus has Red Alert and the others help the wounded humans who are a little scared and shocked at the moment after meeting the decepticons along with Chris Tasker being kidnapped.

Eventually they trusted the autobots after they helped the Blitz and Lighting teams with repairing their zoids along with checking on Kelly's health who thanked Optimus Prime for saving her and wanted to go with them so she could help them rescue her twin sister. Optimus hesitated at first but decided to let her join them as they headed back to earth.
