HH: I truly deeply apologize for breaking my promise. I’ll plan the whole story and write the chapters before I ever publish it into fanfic. I learnt my lesson and I won’t make these mistakes again! Anyway enjoy the last chapter!

Chapter 5

Location: Outside Shobu’s house

Gyujiroh: So what will be your choice?

Aizen looked at Hikari with a sorry look on his face. Everyone knows Gyujiroh is a lying hypocrite and he will do whatever it takes to get what he wants. Even Aizen accepts and wins, he knows Gyujiroh will make everyone suffer until he gets Hikari. But Aizen didn’t want to surrender Hikari just like that. He turned back to look at Gyujiroh eye to eye.

Aizen: I...I…

Gyujiroh: Can you give your answer quick? I don’t want to miss the re-run telecast of High School Musical! I missed it twice and I don’t want to miss it again! So hurry up, I don’t have all day!

Shobu (whispers to Mimi): I didn’t know villains saw High School Musical.

Mimi (surprised): Don’t you, Shobu?

Shobu (slightly yelling): Of course I watch it, Mimi! I actually intend to watch it tonight!

Rekutah: Gabriella’s cute, isn’t she?

Kentarou: Oh please! Sharpay’s hotter!

Shobu: We didn’t ask you shorties! Anyway, I don’t care about those two chicks! I think Kelsi is more fine! She so deserve a better guy unlike that Ryan and Jason! I’m more qualified!

Rekutah: (confused) Who’s Kelsi?

Kentarou: God Rekutah! She’s the playmaker; the one who helps Troy and Gabriella prepare for the musical!

Shobu: Rekutah, how dare you overlook Kelsi!

Saiyuki: Could you guys please stop it!? How could you guys still have the convenience to discuss about High School Musical!? We have bigger problems to solve here, for crying out loud!

Yang: What she said!

Kokujo (chimes in): What my evil girlfriend said she said!

Yang: That was so irrelevant, hun!

Kokujo: Oh come on, Yang-chan…you’re so hot when you’re angry!

Yang: I’m so not going to fall for that!

Hakuoh: Enough quarrelling! My head hurts!

Yang: We’re so not talking to you, Mr I-love-to-play-ponies!

Kokujo: I thought we love to play ponies too?

A vein popped at Yang’s forehead. She then gave Kokujo a tight slap he fainted right away. Everyone went ‘aww…’ at the same time, as if feeling the pain as well.

Hikari: Now that’s settled, so what’s your decision, Aizen?

Aizen: I don’t know, I’ve never heard of High School Musical.

Saiyuki and Hakuoh covered their faces with their palm, obviously annoyed.

Mimi (whispers to Aizen): She’s talking about the challenge with my brother!

Gyujiroh: Can’t you just make a decision for God’s sake!?

Just then, a bucket was thrown at Gyujiroh, causing him to stumble and fall to the ground.

“He doesn’t have to…”

Everyone turned their attention to a short guy whose face was covered with a black mask with blue glitters but only his spiky green hair and dark brown eyes are revealed. It was Extreme Bucketman without his bucket! He approached Gyujiroh and handcuffed his hands.

Hikari: Extreme Bucketman!

Extreme Bucketman: Call me EB from now on.

Shobu (in awe): When did you join the police?

EB: I’m a private detective working with the police. (shows his identification card)

Yang: Wow…our bucket-wearing friend isn’t lying at all…

EB (sweatdrops): Of course not…(turning to Gyujiroh) Now Gyujiroh, I’m turning you in for your crimes!

Aizen: Crimes? What crimes did that psycho commit?

Yu Fua: Let me see…theft, murder and kidnapping! Oh! And don’t forget littering!

Shobu: Whoa where did you come from?

Hakuoh: Littering is a crime too?

Saiyuki: Apparently…

Rekutah: What did he steal? Like what could he ste-

Shobu: (cuts Rekutah off) Rekutah! You’re in no position to ask that question, I do! (turns to EB) So what did he steal?

Rekutah was about to protest when Hakuoh stopped him. Rekutah sulked and made a mental note to shave Shobu’s hair and eyebrows off.

EB: Some kid’s ice cream at a carnival.

Hakuoh: (gasps) That is so mean! (smacks Gyujiroh on the head)

Gyujiroh: Ouch! Well, that kid was way meaner! He called me ‘Big Head’!

Yang: (rolls eyes) I’m not surprised why he said that.

PAUSE

Yang: Oookayy…so who did he kill?

EB was about to answer when Yu Fua cuts him off.

Yu Fua: Sorry! But can I answer instead?

EB: Sure darling.

Yu Fua: He killed a robot which looks like a clown. It was also in carnival when he commit this.

Aizen: Why in the world would he do that?

Hakuoh had a ‘smart’ answer to that but everyone ignored him.

Gyujiroh: It was attacking me!

EB: But that’s no reason to do that. The carnival planner had been working on that robot all his life and now he’s very sad now.

Rekutah: He could always use lightning as a medium!

Shobu: Ow shut up Rekutah! How about I use you as a medium to lightning, huh? You’re so annoying!

Rekutah: Why are you so mean to me, Shobu? I thought I was your best friend forever?

Shobu: That was ON set. I don’t even like you Rekutah! In fact, you disgust me with your…shortness…

Rekutah felt rejected. He runs off crying.

Kentarou (worried): Where is he going?

Shobu: Don’t know don’t care!

Mimi: Who did Benny kidnap?

EB: Some girl’s teddy bear.

Saiyuki: Doesn’t that count as ‘stealing’?

EB: Well…it can talk…

Yu Fua: And it sings too!

Kokujo: A Furby! Me and my evil girlfriend collect them in all colours available!

Yang: (slightly embarrassed): Kokujo! (punches him hard on the head. HARD.)

Kokujo: Aww…that hurt…

Mimi: So how many years is my brother going to stay behind bars?

EB: No worries! Let the judge have the final verdict on it!

Location: Courtroom

A hammer was slammed hard on the table.

Judge: I hereby sentence Gyujiroh Tasogare to a life imprisonment! Place him in his cell now!

Guards carried the reluctant Gyujiroh to his cell.

Gyujiroh: Noooo!! I’ll get out of there! I swear! Mark my words!

Mimi: Now that was kind of dramatic.

Hakuoh: Looks like it’s all ‘happily-ever-after’ for all of us!

Shobu: Except for Rekutah! Haha!

Aizen and Hikari hugged each other.

Yang: Yup, happily ever after alright…

Kokujo: As my evil girlfriend puts it!

EB: Yup. Now let’s go have some pizza, shall we? The meal’s on me!

--EPILOGUE—

Aizen & Hikari and Kokujo & Yang got married on the same day as EB & Yu Fua. Mimi and Shobu each caught the bridal bouquet. Were they fated to be together?

Hakuoh owns a pony shop with Kentarou as cashier and Saiyuki as manage. Rekutah flew to California and met with Shobu’s mother who pitied him and eventually adopted him.

Gyujiroh? Well he’s enjoying his life at prison.

Location: At Benny’s cell

The song ‘I Want It All’ from the High School Musical 3 soundtrack echoed in the cell. Gyujiroh and his cellmates were dancing happily to the music.
