"I'm going back to Konoha..." Shikamaru quietly said. Temari gasped and hugged his back.

"Shikamaru... I'm your lover, remember...?"

"But... I don't think you are..." Shikamaru told her, "I think... That girl can help me remember what happened." Temari remained silent.

Then, she let go.

"Go Shikamaru. I'll pay Konoha since you escorted me most of the way." Temari smiled with tears in her eyes, "The way to break the

spell is..."

Temari quieted and whispered in his ear.

"You sure you wanna let me go?"

"I couldn't make you stay even if I wanted." Temari sighed, "Just, don't make Ino cry. Make her happy." Temari started to cry a bit.

Shikamaru hugged her.

"Thanks for caring about me." he told her. She nodded, and he dashed off to catch up with Ino. He would have been caught up to her,

but he couldn't see where she was. Then he heard something.

"How do you know everything I'm about to say?

Am I that obvious?

And if it's written on my face...

I hope it never goes away..." someone with a beautiful voice was singing. Shikamaru felt like he knew that voice. He walked up to a

river.

where a girl with pale blue eyes was bathing in the river. He looked at her pure white creamy body, and couldn't look away. But then,

Ino noticed.

"Shikamaru..." then she realized she was WEARING NO CLOTHES.

"Kya!" she cried, "Shika-kun!!! You pervert!!!

"Ino!" he interupted her, with his back to her.

"Eh?" she asked. He said her name?

"Wear this. I'm coming out there." he threw a shirt on the bank, the same one they wore on their first date. Ino slipped it on, and it

wasn't exactly the most covering thing in the world. He took off his shirt and walked into the water. Ino started to back up.

"Why...?" Ino gasped.

"Ino." he said. He looked straight into her eyes and kissed her, and she felt melted by the warmth of his steady heart beat.

"I remember now." he told her, "A true love's kiss breaks the spell. Kinda sounds like a fairy tale, huh?" Ino's eyes started to well up

with tears and her face got a cute puppy without dinner look.

"Shikamaru!!! Baka!!! Baka!!! Baka!!!" she cried at him hitting his chest, but he stroked her hair, and she held her face against his

muscular chest.

"I'm so relieved..." she hugged him.

"Part of why I started to remember, was 'cause of this bracelet you gave me. You were with me the whole time"

"Yeah..." She kissed him on the lips again. And there was peace.

But Elsewhere...

"I-I was asked by Tsunade-sama to find Ino and Shikamaru to call them back because Temari-san said the mission was finished...

But... Where are they...?" Hinata wondered, with her finger to her lip as she walked through a dense forest.

Just then, she saw a white phoenix bird flying by. Hinata gasped as she recoginzed that bird was her own, Shiro.

"Shiro! Why are you here?!" Hinata called and reached out her arm so Shiro could land. The bird dropped a letter in Hinata's hand.

"Eh? A letter? From whom?" She undid the seal and read it.

Tonight I'll wait for you.

...And that was it. Could this be a love letter?! Or...?!
