Newly Weds
Summary: YAOI. MxM. Totally based off of the newly wed series by doujinka H-eichi. Just a collection of one-shot siblings.
Chapter Summary: After Love Traveling. Matt is very clingy.
Disclaimer: I do not own Death Note or any of it’s characters, nor do I own the doujinshi series I mentioned in the summary. I just own the idea of borrowing both the ideas and morphing them to my liking, without making any money whatsoever.
Note: Hm. I’ve only read Happy Ending and Love Traveling. Does anyone know if there are more to the newly wed series?
And if anyone would like to know where I got these doujins, I got them both from LiveJournal-- Happy Ending from the Death Note Doujinshi community, and Love Traveling from the Mello Matt one (that’s not the exact name, but I can’t check at the moment, so…)
“I’m sorry, Mello…” Matt kissed him on the cheek, still holding his arm. “…what if I let go and you go running off again…?”
Mello rolled his eyes. “One: You let me come here. Two: I’d never run off. Three: The circulation in my arm stopped.” The younger man stared lovingly at him for a moment, before realizing what his husband had said, and let go of his arm.
Mello moved his arm a bit, slowly feeling the blood circulate in his arm. “Matt, come on, that whole puppy thing was cute when we were kids, but…” Matt stuck out his lower lip, looking as though he were going to cry. Mello felt something jump in his chest- hell, the puppy thing worked when they were kids and it still worked now!
The blond glared, “Don’t make me bite that.” Matt put his lip back to position with a serious look.
“You know I love you, Mello.”
“I know, I love you, too.”
“I love you so much, Mello.”
“And I love you.” Mello wasn’t in the mood for games; before he knew it, Matt went back to the puppy pout.
“I love you lots, Mello Yellow…”
“Matt, that’s enough.”
“Are you saying you don’t love me?”
Mello frowned, grabbing the younger man’s arm and holding it tightly. “You must be stupid if you think I don’t love you, dummy, if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have married you, now stop pouting like that.” Matt grinned, somehow managing to release himself from the blonde’s grasp and had laced their fingers together. Mello, for some reason, felt his face grow hot, and turned his head to look out the window, still holding his husband’s hand.
He felt a smile creep across his face. Maybe clingy Matt wasn’t so bad after all.
