"Wow...slug...gross" Aang stuck his tounge out, as Kaji put some fruit in a bowl in front of him, which he happily ate.

"Wonder why Ryu's taking so long?" Kaji sighed annoyed.

"What is he doing?" Katara asked, perking up into the conversation.

"He went to go find the other girl" Kaji told her as Katara shook her head, "Whats wrong?"

"That might have not been a good idea" Katara sighed, "Toph's normally not one you can simply 'cheer' up"

Thats when the two that had been missing walked in, Toph, angered and not speaking and Ryu, who was still trying to apoligise.

"Come on, Angel girl, don't do this to me" he sighed before giving up as Toph went to the other side of Katara.

"Do me a favor, Katara, Make him go away before I get rid of him" Toph told Katara.

"Come on, I was just trying to help" Ryu sighed, throwing his arms down, lazily.

"You've helped me become mad, thats good enough for me" She folded her arms.

Ryu, becoming fed up, turned and walked out of the house.

"I should let you in on a little secret then" Kaji returned to her's and Katara's original conversation, "Once angered, He won't cheer up for days" she giggled.

"Were you all talking about us when while we were gone?" Toph asked them.

"The ladies were talking about you" Sokka confesed.

"Thanks..." Kaji and Katara both rolled their eyes at him.

"Do you mind if I go look around the Slave village?" Aang asked, picking up a fruit and taking a bite.

"Sure, just don't hurt yourself" Kaji smiled, "And don't wander far, not everyone is polite"

"Okay" Aang tied the bandanna around his head and ran out, He was so excited, knowing that his people, the Air Nomads might be able to be brought back up. He wandered around, watching people talk and play. He then walked by a graveyard, wodden poles for each dead. Aang quickly bowed in respects but then saw Ryu.

He was talking to someone, a girl, alot older than Aang or Ryu.

She looked around 15 or 16, she had a brown-redish hair, that flipped to her right side, fire nation armor over her shoulders, a tight black under shirt and a red lose one that all stopped under her breast, revealing her stomach. After her stomach was a tied on fire Nation skirt and black baggy shorts that stopped at her knees and then a pair of shoes that looked similar to Flip-flops. On the left side of her hair, was a comb, a golden comb with a red gem in the center.

"Hey Ryu" Aang ran over to him.

Ryu saw Aang and smiled, "HI Kuzon" Ryu waved, remembering his Fire Nation name, as Aang ran up.

"So this is the kid you told me about?" the girl looked puzzled at first but then smiled, "My name is Sora, It's a pleasure to meet you" she bowed the Fire Nation way and Aang bowed back.

"Don't worry" Ryu whispered, "I told her you and your friends were from the Colonies in the Earth kingdom"

"Who is she?" Aang whispered back to him.

"This is Sora, she works in the Fire Lord's palace and she comes here to see her Grandafather's grave" He told him.

"Oh" Aang nodded.

"Kuzon..." Sora sighed, "Just like my grandfathers name" she smiled, saddly.

"I'm sorry about your grandfather" Aang told her.

"It's alright" she smiled, "My grandfather always told me stories about he and the missing Avatar"

Aang smiled, he remembered Kuzon from the Fire Nation.

"Ryu told me you work at the palace?" Aang sparked up as she nodded, "What do you do there?"

"I'm mainly a messenger, running back and forth threw Fire Nation villages" she shrugged, "Hey Ryu, is this one of the kids that came with the angel girl?"

Aang stared at Ryu and Ryu shrugged, "I couldn't help it"

"I told you they were real...just like spirits" she smiled, turning away from them and walking toward a large Fire Nation Ryno, "I've got to hurry to the next village, See you guys later"

After they watched her ride away, Aang was the one who started up the conversation.

"Thats Kuzon's granddaughter? Who knew" Aang said, sounding suprised.

"Yeah, Kuzon was pretty cool when he was alive, he helped the AirNomads get out of there homes so some of them didn't die" Ryu explained, "And this is where they all ended up"

"And you all are slaves because of it?" Aang asked.

Ryu nodded.

Aang thought for a moment, "Do you think I could try to free you all?"

Ryu thought, "I don't know about all of us...But there is a gambling problem"

--meanwhile--

"A gambling problem?" Katara asked Kaji.

"Yes, All the masters place bets on slave fighting in a ring...I hate it everytime master chooses Ryu or myself" Kaji sighed, annoyed.

Toph was thinking, "Why don't we just earthbend a little and knock the slave drivers away?" Toph asked.

"That seems to obveous" Kaji sighed, "And don't you think we've already tried bending?"

Sokka was in the middle of thinking, "I've got an idea" Sokka spoke up, "We'll get you and your brother out of here threw that...but you have to promise us that you'll get the rest of the slaves out after we leave and run to the Fire Nation capital to help defeat the Fire Lord"

Kaji nodded, "We will help you"
