"You never told me why you became the moon."

"I suppose I haven't wanted to until now."

"Do you not like it here? Do you hate us?"

Yue's face softened.

"No, no. I just didn't realize before. I had thought myself very brave and self-sacrificing before, When I first came here to the spirit world I thought this was all very heroic of me. I lied to myself. I didn't believe that I did this because I wanted too. I wanted to be bitter about leaving my loved ones behind, to never fulfill true love or just true like. I wanted to hate my unfortunate life of docility and untimely death for the sake of a world I would no longer be a part of...

The truth is, I was done looking at the sky. I wanted to be a part of it.

I am happy to continue the cycle of birth death and rebirth.

I looked it up and Qi is according to the translator one of the chinese words for star. Like Yue means 'moon'.

On a different note I am horribly addicted to The Hidden Strength Soap [an avatar AU on Live Journal. Like all soaps/ RP's it's addicting, trashy, amazing, and fun. and It contains every ship possible. Somehow...?
