Little KakaSaku poem thing I wrote a little while back now. Set in the middle(ish) of Shippuuden, so it’s older Sakura.

Glimmer

She wants to live

With dignity

To know she’s made a change

So everybody knows her name

She’s destined for greatness

She’s destined for fame

She’s bigger than this small town life

Where no one knows her name

Glimmer

In the darkness

Break through the ordinary

Glimmer

Find your calling

Living at amazing

Glimmer

Born to stand out

Through everything

You’re gonna glimmer

He’s determined for her to notice

How really he feels

Gonna show her

Everything he is

He wants to give himself to her

Prove that he’s unique

Pretty lame – I’m better at narratives!

Hope it makes sense that the girl is Sakura, the guy is Kakashi, and that he notices her, while she just wants to prove that she is a dominant female (which she is).

She doesn’t notice him, but he sees her, and as Kakashi is a top bloke (Aussie Slang coming through there aye mate!) he couldn’t tell her the truth for fear of hurting her.

What a sweetie pie.
