It was over. After all the insults, the abuse, and games it was all over. Now Kumar had to live with all that for the rest of his carrier, or so he hoped was the rest of his carrier.

Kumar sighed at the thought. “At lest I’m getting paid,” He mumbled plopping down next to Harold on the couch.

“So you won?” Harold asked, the show that was on was dull any way.

“If you can say that,” Kumar frowned before brightening up, “at lest I’m his favorite.”

“Did he tell you that?” Harold question.

“Well no,” Kumar trailed off at the look on his friends face, “ but I just know.”

“I’m sure you do,” Harold drawled sarcastically. “Because Dr. House likes to make new friends. Especially with his interns.”

Kumar pouted and sunk lower in his seat. He finally got a job that his family could be proud of and he’s getting mocked for it. Not that he cared what his brother and father thought of him. Kumar at lest wanted a little respect in his own home.

Kumar pouted for a few more minutes before deciding that it would get him no where. Taking a handful of popcorn Kumar let the brainless television show wash over him.
