Chapter one: The Decision

Note:

The flashback is from episode 39. For the people who haven’t seen the anime and only dub (which I’m happy that 4kids didn’t dub the eps after 26) this episode is about Pai and Taruto putting Ichigo to sleep so they can her kill and her friends because the Chimera Anima trap them into her dreams. Kisshu is injured from the last episode from the Blue Knight. Pai and Taruto think he is dead because Deep Blue told him to leave him be (How nice is that?) so he just wondering around town talking about his people and how Ichigo ruin his plans because he fallen in love with her. Then he sees Pai about to kill her and he stops her (That’s where the flashback starts). For those who want to see the anime you can on veoh and youtube since people upload them there. Just type in Tokyo Mew Mew episodes or the episode you need to watch.

Pai holds up his weapon to his face and yells, “This is the end!” His fans started to spark lightning.

Down below from where Pai and Taruto are floating around the sleeping Ichigo is Kisshu grasping his hand over his bloody chest. “Ichigo! It’s her fault… that nothing ever goes right. It’s her fault! ICHIGO!” Then his eyes turn a light blue suddenly out of anger.

The purple hair alien swings his weapon back and shouts, “Tokyo Mew Mew DIE!” As he swung his fan forward and was about to send his attack, an arm slaps it out his hand into the air. The alien is in shock and says, “Nani?”

The person was Kisshu and Taruto floats behind him also in shock. The little alien quietly says, “You?!”

“I’m the one who will destroy her!” shouts the green hair alien. The two aliens from behind him gasp in shock.

Kisshu quickly gets inside the bubble that the cat girl is stuck in. He puts his hands on her both of her shoulders and says, “Ichigo! Wake up! Get up! Look at me!” The alien gets no respond of the sleeping girl so he shouts louder, “COME ON! Wake up and look at me! GET UP! Look at me, right here!”

The cat girl starts to shift her body and begins to shake. Her eyes start to open up and a white ring appears a little in the air and gets bigger and bigger. Then the four other mew mews see it and realizes they are able to escape from the cat girl’s dream.

Ichigo finally opens her eyes and sees the green hair alien floating above her. “Kisshu!” she cries out in surprise.

“Ichigo!” he yells back and as he calls her name the bubble that they are inside disappear and the flower ring that was place around her to keep her asleep allows her friends to exit the dream.

The cat girl begins to fall and while she is falling, Ichigo quickly transforms and the vines that were holding her up the air disappear. Mew Ichigo and the other mews destroy the monster.

The girls land on top of the building that they were near. Ichigo is happy to see her friends and that they are all okay. The all five of them look up and sees Kisshu coming towards them.

The alien lands on the building and says, “Ichigo. Choose! Become mine or… I’ll destroy you.”

Ichigo gasp and says, “What the!”

He continues on about if she wants to stay alive that she has to be his and then he gets out his swords and lunges at her. The cat girl gets out of the way and tells him he’s speaking nonsense.

Kisshu falls and the girl catches him with one of her arms. “Listen to what I’m saying.. damn it. Damn it.”

Ichigo feels him sleeping in her arm and says, “Kisshu?”

“Why..” He goes on. “Why don’t you… listen to me?” His knees fall to ground. “Why…you…Ichigo.” Then everything goes to dark from the green hair alien.

Kisshu wakes up in his bed in his room and sits up. He was dreaming about what happen two weeks ago. The green hair alien has healed from all of his wounds, but sometimes he feels pain here and there. For the most part he’s healthy

The boy hears pounding on his door so he gets up and walks over to door. He opens it and sees his young friend standing there.

“Kisshu, Pai wants to see you,” he tells him and walks away.

The alien sighs. He wonders what the eldest alien wants with him. Kisshu thought that he would leave him alone since Deep Blue thinks he’s dead, but now he guesses he’s wrong.

Kisshu enters the computer room and sees Pai standing in front of the main computer. He goes on over to him and asks, “What do you want?”

“Kisshu, are going to stay with us?” Pai asks him the moment Kisshu spoke to him.

The boy looks down at the ground. He shifts both of his feet together and goes into deep thought. Kisshu knows his people really need him, but he really loves Ichigo. He decides to pick what between two when one them pops up first in his mind.

“Kisshu?”

He looks up and sees his tall friend staring at him. “Pai, I can’t…”

Then alarm goes off. It’s a message coming in from their home planet. It pops up on the screen and Pai reads it. His eyes widen and he closes the message after he reads it.

“What happen?” asks the green hair alien with a worried tone of voice. He can now feel his heart beating heavily in his chest.

“It’s getting worse. We need to defeat the mews soon as possible or in a couple of months they will all be gone. So what were you saying?”

Kisshu was going to picked Ichigo, but after hearing what Pai said about what is going to happen then everything changes in his mind. “I’ll do anything.”

“So are you loyal again?” he asks him just make sure.

Kisshu nods. He deeply loves Ichigo, but it’s time to put that aside in the back of his mind. After these two weeks healing, Kisshu realizes that it’s his entire fault for falling for the cat girl. He would have never liked her if he didn’t kiss her the day they met. Then everything would have gone all right and then he could have easily killed the mews.

“Okay, then I have a job for you,” the eldest alien goes on. “Since Deep Blue thinks you’re dead I want you to watched the mew mews in their every day of life.”

“Why?” asks Kisshu who is slightly confused the point of watching those girls.

“Because by doing so we can discover their weaknesses,” he answers. “Now, you need to look human.”

“How do I do that?”

Pai doesn’t reply and leaves the room. Kisshu just glances around the room in boredom. To any one this would be a simple task, but that’s what worries him. He’s afraid if he watches the mew mews that his feelings for Ichigo will keep on growing and he’ll turn his back on his dying people.

The eldest alien comes back in holding a bag within his hand. Kisshu notices him and brings his attention back to the mission. Pai puts the bag in the green hair alien’s hand. He then opens the bag and out pops out a tiny yellow pill.

“Take that and you’ll be able to look human,” he explains to Kisshu.

“Can I change back into my real form?” he asks while observing the pill.

“Of course and you’ll only have to take this once so you can change into a human form when ever you want to,” Pai answers.

Kisshu puts the pill into his mouth and swallows it. It goes down his throat rather hard since he didn’t drink it down with water. Once the tiny pill reaches his stomach, Kisshu feels all tingly inside. He then feels able to change his form. He now turns into a human, but he looks pretty much the same except his ears are human and his skin is tanner.

“Hmm,” mumbles Pai.

Kisshu is still able to hear him with his alien even though he looks human. “What is it? Is there something wrong?”

“I just remember that you will also need human clothing.”

“I’ll steal some tonight,” says Kisshu and turns around to leave. “I’ll start the mission tomorrow.” He then heads off to the door.

“Kisshu.”

He stops and turns his head and looks back at the purple hair alien. “What?”

“Are sure you can handle this? I mean you’re in love with that girl,” he answers his friend.

Kisshu looks away and stares at the ground. “Those feelings will be completely forgotten,” he answers him and then leaves the room.

An: I hope you all enjoyed this chapter and will keep on reading this story. The next chapter will continue the flashback, but it’s not as long. It will show what happen after Kisshu passed out. I have no clue when the next chapter will be posted, but hopefully I can get up soon. Sorry for the short chapter, but future chapters will be longer. Please review!
