Okay, so here is my prologue to my first Digimon story. If you don't like made up characters, please leave now.
I don't own Digimon, or the orginal digimon character I use. I do, however, own most of the made ups, with the exceptions of 3, who my awesome friends made. All rights are reserved.

The glare her mother gave her made her legs start to shake, and a shiver run down her spine. Her father looked at her, then looked away pitying the poor girl. But he dared not speak against her mother. Her lower lip began to tremble and the ten year old's eyes began to fill with tears. "But mommy," she cried, her voice cracking, "I don't want to go!" Her father couldn't bare to hear his daughter this distraught.
"I don't care. Your going to live with your grandmother and that is final." Her mother almost growled harshly at her. The little girl ran over to her mother and fell to her knees.
"Mommy, no!" The girl begged clinging to the bottom of her mother's long skirt and burring her face. "Please don't make me go, I love you." Her mother didn't even look at her daughter as she pulled the the tearful girl off of her and dragged her to her room.
"You leave tomorrow." Her mother told her, ignoring the little girl's pleas. In her voice the annoyance could be traced easly. The father watched from afar. The guilt began to eat away at him, but he knew nothing could be done now. It was mostly his fault for even bringing up the subject of sending his youngest daughter away. He knew that it would be the better for the girl, for living her with her mother would only make life harder. The little girl looked sadly over at her father as her mother pushed her into the emty dark room.
"It's for the best that you leave..." He told himself aloud in barely a whisper, in hopes that it would but his mind at ease. He looked at the hardwood floor. Maybe in Spain you'll finally get to learn the true meaning of family, of love. Knowing if you stay here, then chances of that are very little. I wish that your mother atleast pretended like you weren't an accient. You diserve much better. He looked over at his other daughter's room. He had sent her over to one of her friend's houses for the night. The last thing he wanted was to see both his beloved children in such misery. Oh, Ayame. How are you going to take it when you find out she's gone... He looked over at his wife, who looked as if nothing had happened, as she made sure the little girl wouldn't try to escape her room. It's going to be bad when you come home Ayame, isn't it. I'm sorry, to the both of you. I just hope in time you'll both relise its the best... "Honey," He called over to his wife. "Let's go to bed. She isn't going to come out." The woman looked at her husband and nodded, and the two walked silently to their bedroom.

"Mommy... Daddy..." The then year old silently cried out, making sure she wouldn't disturb her parents. She lay alone on her cold stiff bed stairing at a dark plane wall. She was never really allowed to decorite her room, and her parents never had the time to add anything to it. It had been the same walls when she first came home, and same walls that she would be leaving. She didn't own a lot of things either, and what she did own was mostly handmedowns from her older sister. "...Ayame..." She whispered. Her sister was like a mother to her, and she didn't want to be without her. She didn't want to be even more alone. She had finally made some friends here, and she was fine living the way she was living. Why did her parents have to be so cruel and take away everything from her? It wasn't fair, it just wasn't. Why did they have to hate her so much that they where making her move so far away. What had she done to make them so upset with her. She clung dearly to her pillow, which at this point was begining to get wet. She began to think of all her friends that she was leaving behind. Everyone that she would never get a chance to say goodbye to. Her parents could have aleast told her earlier that day so she could have phoned them, or written them goodbye letters. I'll guess I'll just have to do it when I get there, she thought. I'd send them to Ayame and she could give them to everybody....But what ate at her the most was not being able to say goodbye to someone that she couldn't write to. She was what they called a Digidestin. Two summers ago her, her sister and eight others had been given the task to not only save the digital world, but the real world too. If she left Tokyo then chances are she'd never be able to go back to the digital world and see her digital partner again. "...Labramon..." She shut her eyes, remembering those good times along with good aspects of moving. But no aspects she could think of were good. Slowly, with her breathing in rasps and her face still stained with new and old tears, she fell into a restless sleep.
