Hola!
Yeah, I've written this new story using some random idea... I'm sorry.
It IS AU, so, expect differences.

There are at least fifteen reasons why I should hate him...

Sam Manson walked through the vacant hallways of Casper high, frowning. Sent to the principal's office again. Why? No real reson. Sure, her pass said "Speaking out against another student", but he deserved it! He was always annoying her! Trying to get on her case, which he usually did. Damn that boy.
"Have a seat, Manson." The secretary said, bored as ever. Sam wondered how she had ended up at such a horrible job. Well, when she was bored she wondered. Some unfathomable circumstances must've come into play in this poor woman's life...
Sam sighed. She was doing it again. She always pondered things that were none of her business, but she couldn't help it! The things everyone else loved to focus on seemed so horribly mundane to her. She liked to look at things differently, on a bigger spectrum. Analyzing was fun to her.
Of course, Sam often over analyzed things. Like what could be in the cafeteria meatloaf. She never ate it, being a vegan, but it was interesting to ponder...if she could keep from gagging. She could've sworn she caught it glaring at her once.
Some would think it's weird, Sam's way of thinking. But she was lucky. No one really paid all that much attention to her. What with her attire consisting of black and purple Tripp cargos and a black tank top, she was on many people's "Avoid list". Paired with her tendency to take out her agressions in a highly physical manner made her downright frightening.
"Ms. Manson?" Principal Ishiyama called. Sam sighed, getting up and following her into the overly perfumed office. Her nostrils flared at the artificial floral scent. God, what is it with these people? The office smelled of oranges. Not natural ones of course. What blasphemy that would be!
"I've heard you and Mr. Fenton have had another arguement." The woman chastised.
"So?" Sam said, boredom adorning her features.
"So, that's the third time this week!" Ishiyama sighed, trying to keep her temper under control.
"He gets on my nerves! He's self centered...and crazy!" Sam protested.
Principal Ishiyama glared. "Now, Ms. Manson. I know Fenton is more than a little...unhinged, but there's no excuse for you both fighting like this!" She yelled. "I've assigned you both to be "Buddies" for the rest of the semester."
"What?" Sam asked, genuinely confused.
"Buddies. As in you will have all your classes together, and have counseling sessions at the end of each week."
"You can't do that!" Sam screeched.
"I just did."
Sam remained silent, fuming.
"Return to class Manson. I will notify Daniel about this new developement."
Sam slammed the door to the office shut, exiting out into the hallway without looking back.
--Lunch--
"Go away." Sam said to the boy peeking over her shoulder at her salad.
"Why?"
"Because I fucking said so." Sam growled.
"You shouldn't swear, Sammeh." Danny Fenton teased. He loved teasing Sam. She was just so...reactive! It was like that time he made things explode in science class. That had been fun too.
"I just did. Just because Ishiyama told us to eat lunch together doesn't mean you can bug me."
"Aw...but you know I hardly have any friends."
Sam was surprised. No sane person would ever admit to not having friends. But that was the problem.
Danny wasn't really...sane. After that accident in his parents lab, he talked to himself and disappeared constantly. Everyone pitied him, and he hated it. Sam didn't pity him. He liked that. He wanted to be with Sam.
"I know why too."
"I know ya do."
"Just...leave me alone, Danny."
"Nu-uh."
"Ugh!" Sam picked up her tray and left, leaving Danny alone. He didn't mind. He liked being alone too.
All of a sudden, his breath became noticable, visible. He smiled.
"I can see you..." He whispered to the thin air, and it seemed as though a cold presence that had once been there disappeared. Danny smiled.
All in a days work.

Reason one: He's completely bonkers...I think.
