Hopelessly Devoted To You.

A/N: This is my first Naruto story, and I think I'm pretty happy with it. Yep. Its pretty awesome. My favorite story, but I'm not sure if I actually want to make another chapter or what not, so tell me what you think about it.

It was a seemingly quiet morning in the Shi'na complex – it was still early morning, and everyone was still asleep..Except one young girl – her name was Sakura Haruno. She had spent the entire night crying her eyes out – the love of her life, Sasuke Uchiha had left, leaving her and the entire village..She loved him, and had told him that atleast a thousand times. But each time, he rejected her, and her love. Most girls would have given up, but she, Sakura Haruno was hopelesslydevoted to him.

Sakura wiped the tears from her face with her hand, and sighed. 'oh well, I guess this is the end..' she thought to herself as she stood up, and walked over to her bedside table. Sakura sighed, placing her favorite CD into the Cd slot – Greese, and turned the track to number three – her favorite song. The song that described her heartache, and love for Sasuke Uchiha – Hopelessly Devoted to you.

Guess mine is not the first heart broken, my eyes are not the first to cry.

I'm not the first to know, there's just no gettin' over you Hello,

I'm just a fool who's willing to sit around and wait for you

As the track began playing, fresh tears began falling down her cold cheeks, and she turned around to look at herself in the mirror. What she saw in the mirror was a sad girl – her makeup was smudged, her usually bright Jade eyes were dull, and filled with pain.

But baby can't you see, there's nothin' else for me to do I'm hopelessly devoted to you .

But now there's nowhere to hide, since you pushed my love aside I'm not in my head,

hopelessly devoted to you Hopelessly devoted to you, hopelessly devoted to you

Sakura sighed, remembering the last time they had spoken – the last time she had told him that she loved him.

Flashback.

He stood there under the black sky, and bright moon – the stars creating a blanket, watching over the Earth. A boy with pale skin, black hair, and onyx eyes stood under the beautiful sky, gazing at his pink haired, green eyed team mate. His name was Sasuke Uchiha, and hers was Saukra Haruno. His eyes were cold and distant, and his lips formed a thin line.

Sasuke-kun, I love you!” the pink haired girl said, fresh tears coming to her eyes. The young Uchiha looked at her with obvious disgust in his dark eyes.

You disgust me, you annoying little girl.” he said, turning around with a sneer on his lips, and hate in his voice.

B-but-” Sakura started to say, before she was interrupted by Sasuke. “What part of I hate you do you not understand?!” he asked turning around to look at Sakura again.

I-I'm sorry...” Sakura whispered, fresh tears coming to her beautiful jade eyes. She suddenly broke down, and fell to her knees, sobbing uncontrollably. Sasuke just sneered, and turned around, walking away from the sobbing girl.

A clap of thunder was heard, and lightning illuminated the dark sky. Rain began to fall on the two, soaking them both – the goddess was crying. She felt the pain of the young girl. The boy growled softly, continuing to walk away from the sobbing wet girl. He ignored both the rain, and Sakura.

You're the only one I love!” Sakura yelled, standing up, and opening her eyes. “I'm hopelessly devoted to you..” She whispered softly, hoping he didnt hear her, but he did.

Sasuke stopped in his tracks, and turned around, looking at the girl, taking in her appearance for the last time – the girl was wearing a white dress, obviously soaked in the rain. The night butterflies around her head made a beautiful, yet eerie sight – a halo around her head. She looked like a fallen angel, and she was beautiful.

I hate you.” Sasuke said, emotionless, and cold, while giving her a hard glare. He turned back around, and disappeared, leaving the young girl alone in the cold cold rain.

Sakura dropped to her knees, and cried. Her heart broke into many little pieces, and she had no one to help her pick up the pieces of her broken heart.

Yes, Sakura died that night, two months ago. Her heart was broken, and her love was gone. She was no longer the happy energetic young girl they had come to love. She was now sad, and distant. Her friends tried to cheer her up, but nothing worked, for she was forever gone.

Sakura gazed at the picture of her, Sasuke, Naruto and Kakashi, and sighed. 'Those were the good old days' She thought bitterly, staring into the onyx eyes of her love.

“I HATE YOU SASUKE UCHIHA!” She yelled, throwing the picture frame at her mirror, shattering the mirror into little pieces. She laughed bitterly, and stared at the broken mirror.
