Chapter Five: A Royal in the Garden pt:3

Iroh studied it carefully. The message contained the tile, and the words:

"Those who favor the lotus gambit always find a friend."

Nothing less, nothing more.

It was all owed to Ursa, and it was her curling script written on the scroll.

She understood that he had nothing to lose, and so much to gain.

That he was desperate and would do anything to live up to his son's name.

She knew that she still blamed herself for 'Just an accident'

for Lu Ten's death.

The man who now referred to himself as just 'General Iroh' joined the White Lotus Society that day.

By the end of the night, a plan had been set forth.

Iroh would once again be Fire Lord.

Not today, or tomorrow, but soon enough.

Iroh would bring back the balance and help end the war.

Iroh would raise Zuko to be his new heir.

But above all, Iroh would not learn of Ursa's hidden whereabouts.

To protect her, the Lotus' would guard the Grand Master and keep her hidden in the earth kingdom.

And If Iroh didn't know, and Ozai didn't care; everything would go according to plan.

And in that tile, Prince Iroh had regained his purpose in the world.

This is just theories at the moment, but I think I'm pretty right on about some of it.
