Talk about too much free time! Holy moly, but I wanted something Christmas out for that time of year, so bingo. Anyway, if ya know Banjo-Kazooie, your all good to go. And Merry Christmas and to all a good night. (Muwhahaha)
The snow fell silently, scattering around. The presents and tree, and ground and roofs were all blanketed in thick, soft snow. And in the darkness of the night, the tree still shone and brought out light. The big golden star, which had snow on all sides, was glowing brightly, a light to guide those home.

The young little polar bears, Sloggy, Moggy, and Soggy, trudged through the snow. They glanced up now and again to see if they could find a red sleigh driving by. Each glance they made was to no prevail. The sliegh wouldn't show till everyone was asleep.

So they climbed up the hill, up into their igloo and stayed there till morning would eventually come.

A few little twinklies saw the ones who lived there go off to sleep. It was Christmas night, and the fun would begin.

Yellow, blue, red, and green, the four colours fanned out in a pattern around the bottom of the tree. The icey cold water just behind them, the pot of the tree right in the center. Not even the ice cubes were up at this time, so all the twinklies shone as bright as they could, and began to jump and flip right on the spot.

"Wee!" was the only sound that could be heard. Along with the occasional, "Yippie! Yahoo!"

And as the twinklies danced around the tree, a couple more leaped out from the branches and decided to explore the spectaculare place, for it was the night of their joy and pleasure!

A yellow and a red climbed all through the presents stacked atop one another. Sliding down the long red on, the red twinklie wondered, 'What's in this, hm?' as he joyously leaped around. 'What could all these presents be?'

And a green and a blue took a tretchorous climb. All the way up the snowman's structure. For two small twinklies, it was a mountain or more. But for a brave hero or two, bear and bird, it was nothing more then a simple flight.

But not everyone was asleep as they planned. Out on a cliff sort, piled with snow, a seal watched the twinklies go. "Twinklies make Wozza smile," he said, his voice oh so low. He enjoyed this night, being the complainer he is, for the bright lights and snow beauty, but would never admit it to anyone.

When the blue and green finally reached their destination of the snowman's scarf, it's bright yellow and red in a pattern so carefully planned, they dulled with exhaustion, resting for awhile.

"Two twinklies went out! Two twinklies went out!" the red twinklie below bellowed. "Upon the scarf, they glow no more!"

The twinklies around the bottom of the tree continued to dance. No one had heard the red little twinklie, so he ran to help. But he too had to climb up the snowman, and it would take a little while.

More twinklies fanned out around the bottom of the snowman. Not even Sir Slush was out tonight, but hoping for a gift to his delight. Santa wouldn't forget him so? No, that wouldn't be right!

When the red reached the top, he too dulled with exhaustion, but by this time blue and green began to recieve more shine. They decided to wait for the little red bulb. He had come all this way to see them, so they would be respectful, too.

When all were ready to climb the rest, they did just that to continue their quest. By the time they hit the top of the snowman's top hat, they weren't exhausted yet and began to dance. Dance like the ones so far below, the ones singing with jolly. So they did too, just to get into the spirit. The three were best friends and needed their own space.

But the dance didn't last long as the sound of bells rang out. "He's here, he's here!" all the twinklies cried without doubt. And so he was, in his red sliegh with bells. The silver bells rang out again, but no one heard, they were all fast asleep! Only the small dancing twinklies were out and about.

He landed down before the tree, his sliegh-pulling ninjo panting with exhaustion. And there in the seat, sat old Mr. Claus. Well, actually that wasn't quiet right. Mr. Jingaling, as all the twinklies knew, was Santa of course. In the seat beside him and in behind with the gifts, were four little jinjo, his elves or his kids.

"Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas!" he called. He turned to the back of the sleigh with a smile. "Now, red, green, blue, and pink. You know where to go, and which gifts to take."

All the little jinjo nodded, taking the gifts and fanning out. The three little twinklies balanced atop the top hat, watching Jingaling with honor. But, as winter comes it also goes, and a big winter wind caught all with surprise and tipped them right off to their horror.

They let out a cry, in horror and fear, as they all plummeted towards the ground. But they didn't land in water or in snow, and their glass didn't shatter and they're light stayed aglow.

How on earth did the light bulbs survive such a tremendous fall? King Jingaling of course!

"My, be more careful little twinklies." he chuckled, setting them in the sleigh beside him with his red, warm glove. All the twinklies stared, speaking more if they could. "Next time you could shatter."

"And what a Christmas that would be." a voice pipped up and they all looked around. Who had made that delightful sound? None other then the small red twinklie. He had found his voice. And so, they all stared at the light in congrats.

"Wow, a twinklie with a vocal cord," Jingaling picked him up carefully, "How delightful."

"I have one too," the green pipped up. She too was picked up.

"And don't forget me," the blue cried, his voice so nervous and shy. The three sat in Jingaling's palm, as he looked at them closely.

"Magnificent." he said, "A normal twinklie with a voice! Christmas singing will be more then delightful next year!"

The three bulbs giggled in perfect delight. Tonight was Christmas, and the King had acknowledged them, so they were filled with joy.

In no time at all, the four jinjo returned. And Jingaling helped them out of the sleigh. "I hope you enjoy my Christmas gift to you. I know it ain't much, but it'll have to do."

And with that and the sound of silver bells ringing, Jingaling Claus took off into the sky. The twinklies all gathered, in a huge fairwell group, watching him disappear into the night sky.

And that night as all the twinklies tucked into the tree, readying for another long, cold year, the blue, the red, and the green twinklies looked to the sky.

"Thank you Jingaling Claus, it's all thanks to you." the dawn sky arose and the twinklies fadded to sleep. The snow lay in the tree and stopped from falling. It was nothing but a perfect winter morning.

Alright, I re-read it again and I just realised how crappy this is. Oh well, at least it's something. Anyway, enjoy your twinklie Christmas!
