A/N Everyone seemed to really enjoy the evil ferbies in Random Insanity Involved in Everyday Life (read it if you havent, it's funny) so i thought you might appreciate a sequel, in which the ferbies return and wreak havoc on our favorite doctors. (the ferbies come in in the next chapter, so keep reading.)

"I"m going to kill you!" a shrill, scarily familiar voice shrieked with sadistic pleasure, "Hee hee hee!"

"That's not funny Christina," Izzie Stevens laughed from her seat the the lunch table.

"Did you see the look on O'Malley's face?" exclaimed Alex, "I think he wet himself!"

"Shut up Alex," George said defensively, "I did not!"

"Uh-huh," said Meredith, eyeing him with disbelief, "Then what's with the wet spot?"

"Where?" shrieked George, leaping from the table and examining his pants. His friends roared with laughter.

"Good one Mere," laughed Alex, high-fiving her over Izzie's head.

"Nice dance O'Malley," snorted Mark Sloane after watching the whole spectacular.

"Isn't there like, a hole somewhere?" Izzie demanded, glaring at the plastic surgeon.

"Huh?" asked a very bewildered Mark.

"That you can like, crawl into and die?" Izzie continued, scrutinizing him as if he were a pimple whe was thinking of popping. Mark glared at the blond then hurridly exited the cafetereia. Addison stuck out her tongue as he passed.

"That's what I like to see," the red head told Callie.

"Interns disrespecting their superiors?" the brunette asked.

"Attractive young women being mean to MArk," Snorted Addison. Callie rollled her eyes.

"You my friend," she said, "Are a sadist."

"I agree completly," Derek Shepard, Addison's ex husband sat down, "But some thing has to be done about Mark, he just offered me his pickle."

"Seriously?" Addison asked in shock, "did you take it?"

"Of course not!" Derek exclaimed indignantly, "I'm with Meredith!"

"What does your love life have to do with Mark's pickle?" Callie asked him.

"You dont want to know," the former husband and wife answered as one.

"Now I know it's bad," groaned Callie, "Thank you. you now have me thinking dirty thoughts."

"Mark is a dirty thought," Addison reminded her friend.

"Yeah," sighed Callie.

Derek stared at the women, his face held the expression of a man ordered to buy tampons. He suddenly stood up and retreated to a table full of the male attendings that Seattle Grace obviously has but are never mentioned. Unfortunatly for him, the table was next to one full of nurses comparing their various romantic evenings with Sloan.

"Bet he offered his pickle to them too," he thought wryly to himself.
