“Uchiha Sasuke! Consider yourself banished from the heavens!”
“Please Kami-sama! He only did what he thought was right!”
“Going around protecting other people is not doing something right! I’m assured he knows that by now!”
“He does know, but please don’t make such rash decisions!”
“My decisions are justified!”
“Yes but–”
“Uchiha Sasuke!”

He looked up, his dull onyx eyes gazing up into the white mist that slowly began to diminish. Revealing a woman with blonde hair, her hazelnut eyes glaring down at him. He quirked an eyebrow his hands stuffed into his pants pockets.

“What do you have to say for your actions?”

He snorted sticking his nose into the air, turning away from the irritated blonde female.

“Nothing, honestly I forgot your stupid rules.”

Her eyes lit with hell fire as she snarled at his tone.

“Stupid rules? These are the rules in which humanity was built upon!”

Staring at her he rolled his eyes and looked to the side, trying to find something more interesting to look at than her rapidly changing expressions. Though it was nothing but white pillars and clouds as far as the eye could see, minus the red carpet leading up to the blonde female. Who clutched the armrest with one hand, cracking it.

“Please hime-sama calm down.”

The blonde haired woman cast a glance at her assistant, her short dark hair framing her face as she clutched a clipboard against her chest. Eyebrows knitted up with concern and desperate hope.

“Uchiha Sasuke, justify your actions. Leaving your child is a low thing to do, especially since the girl you saved was supposed to be killed in that accident! Do you know the consequences of leaving your child? How serious of a crime that can be?”

“He wasn’t in danger.”

He spat out, glaring acid at the blonde haired woman, who’s temper flared immediately.

“That’s besides the point! You deliberately left your child to save someone else! You’re supposed to be a guardian angel!”

“So I did what a guardian angel should do! I guarded the girl!”

Looming over the small child who sat patiently licking his ice cream, without a care in the world. He snorted at the ignorance in the child and stared up and at the play ground with uninterested eyes, watching children of all ages play happily. His large soft feathery wings stretched out and flexed in and out, sore from lack of use. He truly wished this child wasn’t so cautious, it gave him nothing entertaining to look forward to. Watching as a child tripped when jumping off the end of the slide, skidding his knees on the sand and scratching it, forming a small wound.

The angel guardian over him smiled tenderly and kneeled next to the child cooing soft words that were most likely going unheard, but surprisingly by the time the mother came over he was only sniffling instead of that bloodcurdling cry that made him cringe. A scraped knee seemed like the most entertaining thing he had probably seen in the last few weeks, the child he watched over was overly cautious about the still new world.

The loud screeching no more than a block away had caught his attention as well as the child he guarded over, who stiffened in response to the unfamiliar nose, the angel looming over him snorted whipping his head to the side to brush his dark bangs from his face. As a car skidded around a corner with a sharp turn, sirens on his tail, he stared at the chase with entertaining eyes. When the car horn went off he scoffed looking over and ahead of the road, who would go in the middle of a road when they heard that loud skid when he turned the corner.

Surprised to see a female with abnormal pink hair, carrying large text books with a backpack set on her elbow which seemed to make her struggle more to keep her balance. Glancing to the car then toward the girl, as she seemed oblivious for the moment, focusing intently on walking straight across the cross point.

Cursing inwardly his large wings flexed out as he knelt down before lunging forward, a giant flap of his wings sent him faster than the speed of light as he raced toward the girl.

Cursing inwardly at the large amount of homework she was forced to bring home. Not to mention it was a heavily crammed week with tests on all subjects, than after that was finals which only created more stress.

Stupid teachers.”

She muttered, trying to adjust the books in her hands as the backpack slid off her shoulder and onto her elbow. Making her lopsided with another string of curses coming out of her light colored lips.

When the sign turned to walk she tilted herself the otherway trying to balance herself as she struggled to keep the massive books and papers on top of each other and not everywhere in the street. It was only then when she was halfway across the street when she heard the loud horn honking, glancing to the side she watched the car speed toward her. Frozen in fear she stood there eyes getting wider by the second as her hands slacked in grip and her books began to fall.

With a rush of wind he grabbed her by wrapping his arms around his waist, with blinding speed before maneuvering around and slamming against the brick wall with only a grunt as he winced. The sound of the bone in his wing cracking slightly, he paid no heed to it as he stared down at the girl in his arms, before seeing her look up and toward the heavens it seemed, with petrified eyes. Eyes that reminded him of two jade gemstones glittering in the morning sun, he flinched slightly and dropped her once he realized what he had done. Quickly fleeing from her and back over to his child who seemed oblivious to the whole accident.

Who..saved me?’

She glanced up, seeing an outline of someone but her vision remained blur with tears of fear, blinking them back before feeling herself drop onto the side walk. Her had smacking onto the concrete when shock took over, forcing her to black out.

“Nobody told me she was supposed to die.”

The woman went to retort something but hesitated at his reply.

“What?”

She glanced over at her assistant who was ruffling through her files.

“He’s right, the angel guarding the girl left her without telling the others nearby she was supposed to die. So technically his actions are justified.”

“No they aren’t, he disobeyed one of the most important rules. Do not leave your child at all costs! His banishment is still in order.”

“Hime-sama! Please rethink your actions, Uchiha-san is a great guardian angel, he’s obeyed the rules up until this point in time. His skills in combat for when they come are remarkable. Give him one more chance.”

She huffed, staring down at the Uchiha who seemed ultimately bored.

“I can’t let him go without punishment, it could prove bad in the long term if I let him off the hook.”

The assistant sighed, closing her eyes for a moment.

“Well how about since the girls future isn’t decided, as punishment he’ll watch over her.”

This is terrible if they found out..”

He snapped his attention toward the blonde female, watching her rub her temples and continue to mutter to herself. Straining to hear what she was speaking of.

Not good..”

“Punishment approved of.”

He jerked slightly, not expecting her to speak so suddenly.

“Your punishment is to guard the girl who has no future written. Until it is, you will guard her and do not let her die until then. If she dies without any future..”

She looked away again and he continued to stare at her, she seemed lost in a daze.

“You’re dismissed, your punishment starts immediately.”

Giving a swift and graceful bow he turned away and walked out of the room. The large towering doors closing with a loud bang beside him, the woman at the desk outside the room smiled warily before going back to talking to the microphone hooked up to her ear.

Grunting he continued his way down the long twisting hallways before reaching an exit, he stared down into the white clouds that hovered above the earth. Leaning forward he free fell from the heavens his wings up against his back as the earths surface began to get closer and closer. No more than two feet away his large white wings stained with blood red tips from disobeying, flapped once. The wind whipping his hair from his face as he stopped a foot above the ground, gliding across the surface before lifting himself up into the air once more and into the hospital building. Landing softly in the room of the sleeping maiden, he leaned up against the wall, crossing his arms over his chest.

Decided to re-upload this for old times sake, that and I've been working on it a bit. Hope you enjoy reading it!
