Our story begins in the faraway African Jungle, where a creature was flying on a bank of a river, singing/humming to the tune of "Two Worlds".

The creature was a huge bizzare tropical parrot. He had purple, turquoise, and metal feathers. His eyes were pitch-red, and his beak was huge and grey. He also had mechanical feet with serrated talons. But what was truely most disturbing about this parrot, was that his tail-feathers looked like worms. His name was Wormtail96.

Wormtail hear a baby crying, stop and turn to look. He see a treehouse near a waterfall. He flew to see where the crying is coming from. He kept flying, until he stopped and stared at the house on the tree, where the baby is crying.

Wormtail opened the door and began to look around in the house. Inside, the house is a mess and all the stuff is wrecked. Wormtail began to sniff inside, while he walked inside, still looking around; he kept looking around to find out what happen.

He didn't see a shotgun below him, as he kept walking. As Wormtail kept walking and looking around, he stopped and saw two bodies, not moving. He looked closely and saw bloody footprints. These footprints belong to some kind of feline, possibly a lion or panther, or worse: to a hyena. Wormtail is scared and stepped back away from the dead bodies, but he stepped on a picture frame.

Wormtail looked at the picture and it was a man, a woman, and a baby. The baby sound gave Wormtail the attention and he walked towards the crib and looked down. A blue blanket is covering the baby. Wormtail stared at it and began to uncover the blanket, revealing a human baby with a tuft of black hair and black eyes. The baby looked at Wormtail, after she kept cooing. Wormtail raised his eyebrow and the baby did the same.

Wormtail then shrugged and grabbed the baby with his beak, as the baby yawned and cuddled close to him.

The parrot hugged it and decides to take the baby with him. Everything is going alright, until he sniffs something and looks up; it's a a grey, spotted hyena with a short black turf of hair on the top of her head. It's Shenzi. Wormtail gasped and Shenzi began to attack. Wormtail dodged the monster and trying to get away, protecting the baby. Shenzi tackled him, which caused the roof to break and they fell, landed on the tent. Wormtail is trying to escape, but Shenzi still won't let go of him. She almost slashed him, but she slashed on the tent.

Shenzi pinned her on the wood, while Wormtail is holding her by her neck. Wormtail slashed her face with his legs, which caused him to let go of the baby. The baby fell and landed on the net, when Wormtail gasped. That gave Shenzi the attention and went after the baby, instead of Wormtail. But the cyborg parrot grabbed Shenzi and saw the baby, rolling down on the net.

Shenzi got out of Wormtail's grip and punched him on the face. She jumped to the net and began to go after the baby. Wormtail got up and looking for the baby. The baby kept rolling, while Shenzi walked slowly to her.

Wormtail looked down and saw the baby, while the baby giggled at her. She gasped and saw Shenzi, who is having a hard time with the net. Wormtail began to save the baby, as Shenzi is trying to catch it before he does, but she couldn't reach the baby. Wormtail gasped and saw Shenzi jumped toward the baby, but she missed and made the baby bounce by the net.

Wormtail caught it, but he caught her diaper; he tried to get her through the hole. Shenzi got up, but the net cut loose, which made Shenzi almost fall to her death. Wormtail saw the diaper slid between two boards and making toward the edge.

Wormtail is happy to see the baby okay, but she turned around and saw Shenzi, breaking through. Wormtail got no where else to go, but he saw a boat.

When Shenzi made it through, she roared and Wormtail flew to the boat, which it slid to the ground. Shenzi looked down; trying to find a way to get them, but the rope was around Shenzi's leg and caused it to carry her up by the leg.

Wormtail was worried that he and the baby won't make it, until the boat stopped. He looked up and saw Shenzi all tangled up by the ropes. This is his chance to fly away.

Before Wormtail left, she turned back and growled at Shenzi for a bit. After that, he flew back to the jungle, with the baby in his beak.

(Later...)

Wormtail, now carrying the baby in a basket but still in his beak, flew up to a bush, watching two figures at a ruin. The first one was a blue hedgehog with green eyes, white gloves and red soap shoes. He was Sonic the Hedgehog.

The second figure was a pink hedgehog girl with some skin color around the arms and mouth. She had green eyes and her spikes were combed neatly down her head, like hair and a red band of some kind was on top of her head. She wore white gloves and she also wore some gold wristbands. She also wore a red dress with a short skirt and red boots with a white line running across the two boots. She was Amy Rose, Sonic's wife.

Wormtail with the basket watched from the bushes as the hedgehogs walk into the section of the ruin where they lived and put the basket right before the entrance. The baby lies silent and Wormtail pushes the basket to make her cry and hides fast. Amy comes out and sees the baby with a smile.

Sonic comes out from the entrance, at then looks at the female man-cub. He sees the smiling face of Amy, and then looks at the baby again and smiles too.

Then "Two Worlds" starts again in the background as they carry the basket with the baby into their home.

Wormtail sighed in relief. He hoped the baby was well-treated at the animal society.
