The journey to the southern water tribe was dreadful.
Cold, windy and underwater. Sokka’s awful invention of the ‘submarine’ had been her transport. Lucky her. Not.
Although she had to admit, being carried on a sledge over the tundra in the freezing wind and snow hadn’t been nearly as bad as the journey from the earth kingdom to the South Pole. Her sea sickness had returned with a vengeance.

Presently, the sledge came to a still, and someone came round to help her off it.
Suddenly, she heard a shout, then the sound of heavily muffled footsteps. Then she was embraced in a very tight hug from two of her very favorite people in the world.
Katara and Aang.
There were some tears (mostly from Katara) lots of laughter and even some playful punching.
They helped her out of the sledge and her feet sunk into the ground.
“Umm, guys? I can’t see anything…”
