Title: Legillimency Is Your Safety

Summary: In a sudden idea of safety, Voldemort uses legillmency BEFORE killing Harry and realizes Harry is, as the rumors say, a horcrux HPLV

Rating/Warning:Euh... M, I think? There seems to be a sexual scene about to take place...

Guidelines: What if Voldemort had used Legillimency on Harry before he cast Avada Kevadra on him in the forbidden forest, and saw that Harry was a Horcrux?

-Ginny must die
-The fates of the remaining Weasleys, Hermione, Neville, Luna, and Draco must be at least mentioned, if they aren't part of the actual plot
-Bonus points for finding a way to bring Snape back!

Chapter #1: A Little Side Amusement

His emerald-green eyes calmly looked into his own red. Lord Voldemort felt a hesitation that never once had crossed into his cold-black heart. The Elder's Wand was in his hands, and the Potter boy stood only a few feet away from his now-trembling body. What was this - tension? Excitement? Or... apprehension?

The risk was great indeed, but no other way could be made. To be set back again - was something The Dark Lord wouldn't take. He had learned something in those seven years - being careful was a hell of a lot easier in most-case senarios. His wand pointed now from the boy's heart, to his forehead. A dead useful spell wouldn't hurt. And besides, Potter was wandless: legillimency.

...a thin, unmarked-of-lips then smiled cruelly. "Oh, then is that your grand plan?" he sneered. "Trusting Dumbledore - the very man I've killed."

Harry's eyes burned with intense hatred. "I would never betray-"

"Save it," Voldemort yawned. "I see that your death isn't as simple as I had thought."

The surrounding Death Eaters exchanged looks of confusion. What was the delay: Harry was to die! And now! Bellatrix rose her wand and screamed a chant: "POTTER MUST DIE! POTTER MUST DIE!" While the others were all for the idea, they just couldn't bring themselves to join anything that would potentially lose the Dark Lord's concentration.

"Y-You read my mind!" Harry suddenly realized. He threw the golden snitch angerily at the man without thinking. "YOU FUCKING-"

Voldemort caught the orb. "I believe the Mudblood warned you against something like this," he said, feeling high and mighty. I mean, really... that was close! He didn't need another twenty year delay or whatnot.

Harry wasn't looking happy. Obviously Dumbledore hadn't thought this one out much. But really, he was dead. So Harry was screwed.

Screwed...

Voldemort grinned. He was a pedophile and the very word made little wheels turn in his head. Screwed... had a relation to fuck, no?And both had a nice ring to them at the moment.

You may have heard that there is an incredibly painful way of rejoining a soul to a horcrux. You, my friend, were sadly mistaken. Voldemort had another way to try and with the knowledge he had gathered over the half-century, he was pretty sure it could a good chance of working.

If not, well... there was nothing wrong with a side amusement.
