This shouldn’t have been happened. It shouldn’t be… the arms tightened around the young girl as two bodies pressed to each other in an embrace. She was leaned forward as he leaned down. The lips were on each other hard. Hers were quivering under his which were closed tight in a firm line. Unconsciously she held her arms, limp at her side, up and hands gripped tight his shirt’s long sleeves. She couldn’t surpass the sob escaping from her throat. The fingers were white for grabbing the fabric so hard. A shaking hand traveled upwards to the shoulder and then moved down going to his chest. It stopped over the calmly beating, maybe a bit slow, heart. He couldn’t help but tense although he prepared himself for what was coming.
You, this city’s epidemic
You, the cruel disease
You say who’s faithful
Who’s fake, who’s faithful
I live unbalanced
Sometimes running away from myself
I know love kills
I always love for the last time
Everybody was surprised and confused when he was shown at the borders of the city all in a sudden one day; just after a month their last mission about bringing back their comrade on run. It was unexpected him coming back by himself. They knew he was taken away by Akatsuki. What happened, how could he get away from the famous criminal organization was a mystery yet.
As soon as he was let into the village he was taken into custody. Uchiha Sasuke wasn’t surprised when they locked him into a room sealed against to any kind of jutsu and chakra and resistant to any powerful attack to be torn down.
It is hard to live with one heart
Like a sea without a wave
It always passes so slowly
As an illness
Hyuuga Hiashi was not happy what was requested from him. It was a hard decision for a father after all; sacrificing his own daughter. However he had to. Whatever they say or try to believe they were at the end tools. They were born and lived to serve as soldiers. When Hyuuga combined its powers with Senju clan and became a part of the building of Konohagakure they made a promise. Loyalty. All clans vowed to be loyal and always protect their village. For years they kept their promise and fought for the sake of Konoha. It was their pride. They supported and helped Senju clan which they believed as the best for the village. Now it was another time to show the trustworthiness of their clan. He didn’t know if they would end like Uchiha if they turned their back to the village.
Even if his heart bled he had to accept what the council wanted from him.
Love was the best
Look, my eyes are closed
The worry leaned to my soul
How hard everything was lived
I always love blindly
I always forswear
I carry a burden over my shoulders
I don’t know why I am living
Sasuke was again wasn’t surprised when he learnt he was going to be kept an eye on but he wasn’t accepting how they planned it. He thought about being watched by ANBU forty eight hours or forced to live with a strong and expert ninja but not that. They were going to have guards watching his every move around the village but nothing could be that much effective to have someone so close to his life. A wife; who can get into his personal space, observe his demeanor and catch every suspicious act in intact. And nobody could be better than a Hyuuga. It was obvious nothing could escape their eyes. He smirked to himself. They were doing the same thing they did to his family. He wondered while living in his illusion life, carefree and unaware if he had been always under watch.

“Do not fail your mission this time” as she bowed and left the room where she was summoned to by his father, his cold, monotone voice sliced her heart. Most of the missions she was on she came back empty handed. But this last one… she had no idea how would she could success it. How she could endure such a mission.
She didn’t understand why they made her marry the sole Uchiha survivor, the killer of his own elder brother… even if it was for to avenge his family. She was worried, scared and very sad. However she had no right to speak to refuse or accept the mission. It was just an order from her superiors, from her father. She didn’t understand why they needed to marry the guy to keep him under observation. She knew she was so navy to think anything bad about Sasuke even if once he left home betraying his village. Yet her pure heart couldn’t grasp the thought of him being bad news for the village.

You (say who is faithful, who is fake, who is faithful)

The marriage of Sasuke and Hinata was announced as an old arranged marriage between two clans. The navy villagers didn’t suspect anything. Most of them knew Sasuke as the killer of Orochimaru and Itachi who were big threats for their village. A few knew the truth. Hokage, her assistant, the council, some Hyuuga elders like other important clan heads and Sakura.
The young girl who had a huge crush on Sasuke was hurt to see her beloved getting married with Hinata but she knew why. Sometimes she believed it was the best but again she couldn’t help to feel sad, disappointed and hurt. She couldn’t say she has never wished to be in the place of white eyed konouchi even if she was aware being emotionally involved –even if it was one sided- with the guy would get into her way during the mission.
The comrade of Sasuke, Naruto wasn’t aware of the truth about the marriage. He was surprised by the news of it but he thought maybe the marriage was the thing that would tie Sasuke down to the village. When his teammate who he saw as his best friend, a brother, was back he noticed nothing was same. Their bond, which was built very hard during their chuunin days and he held onto tight, was really broken and it would never get fixed again. The Uchiha Sasuke who came back was so far away from him.
I have a sorrow I can’t keep inside me anymore
How far if I go
What is it for if stay
I could never tell, they never understood
Why everybody is enemy
Why everybody is enemy
We forgot all, the breath of Noah
Don’t come close to me
You are different I am different
After a few days Sasuke saw living with Hinata was not bad. She wasn’t annoying living him alone, not getting into his way, but not leaving her calculating, sizing up eyes one second away from him. It was the only thing that nerved him but he was patient: He came back to destroy the village and prepared for it. Madara with his open intent failed. His clan who did plans in secret failed. So he had to be very careful and take his steps chary.
Hinata was glad he didn’t try to take advantage of the situation but keep his distance form her although they even had to share the same bed so he couldn’t get away without her noticing. He wasn’t talkative or a lively person. He kept silent and when needed he talked with his actions as she was used to do.
One month, two month, the days passed. Two strangers who forced to share a life together got used to each other. Sometimes the other’s existence annoyed them. They wished the other to go away. But those bothers always went unsaid. They learnt to dance to each other’s time. They did things for the other out of habit not noticing what they were doing. In time it was like they always lived together.
Sasuke knew his team out of Konoha was getting prepared to take action in their plan and he was doing his best to get ready inside the village walls. What wasn’t included into his plans was the silent, shy wife. The marriage was faked. Only a sign on the paper. Yet he couldn’t help but get used to her around him.
Hinata thought Sasuke was cold. Most of time she felt lonely although he was sitting beside her. He didn’t talk if it wasn’t very necessary. He was always lost deep in his thoughts. She wondered what it was. His eyes were far away.
I have a sorrow I can’t keep inside me anymore
How far if I go
What is it for if stay
I could never tell, they never understood
Do it… he thought waiting her. They still had their lips pressed to each others.
I am sorry… she gulped tears running down from her closed eyes. Her hand was trembling over his heart.
Do it. Else… he held his breath.
I am sorry…
It was not included into his plans to fall for that silent, shy and timid girl. She wasn’t even tried to seduce him or make him like herself. Yet she became the end of him. Waiting for her to finish it. Truths, realities, lies everything was became confused. He didn’t know what was right what was wrong anymore.
Why it had to end like that she didn’t understand. She didn’t want it to be like that but she knew not even her words could stop him going for the destruction anymore. She didn’t want to fail in her mission but she didn’t want to success it either. She was bemused. Now she knew the Konoha she knew, she was taught wasn’t what it was. Nothing was perfect but she could never guess the games behind those closed doors to them. The decisions made in their name, the rules settled for their sake. She didn’t know how good they were anymore. She didn’t know what to believe anymore. Her left hand clutched harder to his sleeve.
When he got away she was the first one to find him. As they faced and meet to fight nobody made the first move. Standing so close they waited. As he hugged her she was stunned and her eyes opened wide. Her sight was getting glassy.
It was a long time he held someone like that. He remembered holding his elder brother when Itachi carried him piggyback He tightened his hold embracing his arms around her torso.
Look this is the last scene there is no game after now
There is no light, there isn’t anything
I have a sorrow I can’t keep inside me anymore
His unmoving, closed lips didn’t leave from her trembling ones. The first and the last kiss they had ever shared. He didn’t know how many times he wanted to kiss her for the last couple of days but he held back. He wished if only he could confess to her in a different way. At a different time, place, life… He waited for her to finish him. If not then he wouldn’t hesitate to move her out of his way to go for his ambition. The seconds passed.
First he gasped felling the intense pain on his heart. Chocking his body went limp. She sobbed hard felling down with along his lifeless body. Her cheek and chin wee smeared with the blood. His arms fell on the ground at her sides. She held him tight and screamed.
It was the first time people heard the quite, silent girl that much loud n their entire life. And it was the last time they ever heard her shy, hesitant voice again.
