Backtrack 2 (Don’t own a thing!)

Sorry people for the extremely long wait.

“Viviane, that was so mean!”

If She had known that playing them for the fools they were, was going to end with the group of boys nagging without stopping, she may have not gone through with it. Oh well, it was done now.

“I mean, we really thought you were going to have one of us!” Ulf cried out.

Axel, the eldest boy who was their leader snickered.

“She has to take one of us, who else would it be? A meat-boy?”

They all laughed at the idea as Viviane prickled, “Maybe I will.” She spoke coolly and clipped, “Maybe that exactly who I’ll choose.”

She then walked away, leaving the group with there mouths open, tongues hanging out.

Viviane sighed. Like that was ever going to happen. Sure, boys at her school thought her

was beautiful and she had received more then one love confession her first week, but soon they realized she was different from the other girls. She stayed alone and didn’t fallow the latest trends, and of course most were scared off by the teen pack of boys that always seemed to be around her. Girls wouldn’t even talk to her. Most were afraid with her looks, she would steal their boyfriends.

Then again, the school also noticed her feral side. That’s what she thought scared them off the most. Not her outcast ways, her striking looks, or even the crazy group of boys. No, what she suspected scared them the most was her shifty glances and penetrating gaze. The wolf in her.

“Viviane?”

She looked up from her thoughts, and was surprised to see Gabriel.

“Yeah?”

He smirked at her deer caught in the headlights look that quickly changed into her usual I’m-not-sure-I-want-to-trust-anything look.

“Just wondering what you were doing starring at your door for.”

Viviane looked at him, and then her door that she had been starring at, and flushed.

“I was just thinking.”

Gabriel laughed, “And that’s what I’m worried about! I’m wondering what thought could bring such a serious face, and thinking about what you did to the boys makes me shudder even more!”

Viviane starred at this curious stranger.

She had to admit he was very good looking. Strong bone structure, halo of tousled golden locks, skin that looked silk-soft and was tanned nicely, naturally, and full pink lips.

All together gorgeous, but all together difficult to figure out. He had been around for a week already, and Viviane seemed no more close to finding out the mystery called Gabriel, then she had been in the start, and that was starting to annoy her.

The moment started to fill with tension as one beauty starred another down, trying to grasp on to something that would explain them. The moment became so charged, Viviane couldn’t handle it, and ran into her room, slamming the door. Even though it meant he had won the stare-down.

She would lick her wounds, and then come and figure Gabriel out.
