The Pride Program

Sammy sat by the stage waiting to help some person named "clown" with the program. Finally, his name was called. Sammy walked onto the stage and froze. Coming towards him was the scariest monster ever! Wild orange hair, a big red nose, and an enormous mouth made up the head. Sammy stood shaking. He didn't know what to do. When the clown stopped beside him, Sammy did the only thing he could think of. He kicked the clown right in the "jewels", jumped off the stage, and ran out of the auditorium.

Later, as he sat in the Principal's office, Sammy couldn't understand why all the grown-ups were mad at him for stopping the "clown monster". Dean was right he decided. Grown-ups are crazy.
