The Search for the Horcrux

With the moon shining down above them, lighting their way in the dark. The three of them were looking for one of the Horcruxes. They had no luck in finding one yet, and they were getting so frustrated that they could scream because of this.

They got so tired that they had to stop and make camp. They made camp in the Forest of Dean. The tent they were using was borrowed from Ron's family. This tent was a magical one, not like the kind muggles used, and this tent had several rooms, while a muggle one only had one. This was not the first time that they had set up camp. They have been at this for several weeks now.

Hermione was in contact with Snape, who was Headmaster of Hogwarts. Snape was trying to find out where the Horcruxes were hid. When he finds out where one is hid he will send his Patronus to Hermione, to let her know where one is hidden. So then Hermione and the boys could go to the location, find the Horcrux, and then destroy it.

Snape had to be sneaky in his way in finding out where these Horcruxes were. He could not just ask Lord Voldermort where they were or Voldermort would get suspicious.

Snape overheard Wormtail and Voldermort talking about one of the Horcruxes. This conversation took place after the meeting that Voldermort had called. Most of the death eaters had disapparated away already to their homes. Snape was just about to go back to Hogwarts when he heard the conversation. Voldermort told Wormtail that one of the Horcruxes was in Godric's Hallow in Harry's old home.

Snape left the meeting and disapparated back to the gates of Hogwarts. Before he went in, he sent his Patronus to Hermione to tell her where one of the Horcruxes could be.
