Summery[Pirates of the Caribbean, Warriors and Harry Potter parody. His darling hat was taken by that wench and now he was forced to undertake her treacherous missions. Of course he was used to carrying out such vile deeds, but how could he be a captain without that gorgeous tri-cornered hat?
Author’s Notes/ I actually had a joyous time writing this very short parody; especially since it combines three of my favorite books and movies of all time. It was actually inspired by an old fanfiction written a while back by my sister, a friend, and myself, but my story has some major changes in cast and a completely different ending. No flames. Helpful writing pointers greatly appreciated.
Anyway I hope you enjoy

Jack Sparrow stood on the deck of the Black Pearl, the oceans waves crashing into the ship’s sides; sea mist being lifted into the steady breeze. In his arms was a limp body, bound and gagged, brown curls flowing in the gentle winds.
“Did you get rid of the filthy little mudblood Granger, Sparrow?” Bellatrix Lestrange hissed, crossing her arms over her chest; her long black robes sweeping the decks wooden floor boards.
Without any hesitation, Jack lugged Hermione Granger over to the metal railing. With some difficulty he managed to lift her unconscious figure and drop her to sink into the deep depths of water to her untimely death. After the deed was finished he turned to face Bellatrix, “Now can I have my hat back?”
Bellatrix snickered, “You won’t get your precious hat until I say so.”
Losing all hope, he dropped to the floor. His darling hat was taken by that wench and now he was forced to undertake her treacherous missions. Of course he was used to carrying out such vile deeds, but how could he be a captain without that gorgeous tri-cornered hat?
“Little itty bitty Sparrow,” Bellatrix mocked. “Whine like the baby you are-” She paused. A yowl rang throughout the vessel, subsiding into a bout of quiet, but not to soon afterward the whole ship began to vibrate.
In one swift motion, a mass of furry felines poured out from below deck, clustering around the witch and enslaved pirate. A ginger tabby tom stepped forward, his fur gleaming like flames in the sun, his pupils reduced to slits.
“Leave Sparrowheart alone,” The cat meowed, his voice thick with command. “I am Firestar of ThunderClan and if you refuse to let my clan mate free, a battle will be inevitable.”
Smirking Bellatrix whipped out her wand from her robes. “And what do you pesky felines think you can do about it?”
Firestar glanced back at his comrades, who all stared back with the same ferocity. Flicking the tip of his tail, as a signal to begin battle, the cats of ThunderClan leaped at the raging witch.
As the horde of cats viciously attacked her, Bellatrix shot random curses, but Firestar sprung up from below and sunk his teeth into her wrist; her wand plummeting to the ground. The felines pounded her with damaging strikes, biting and sinking their claws into her skin. Before any more harm could come to her she ripped away from the wild creatures, heaving herself over the side of the Black Pearl into the roaring ocean below.
It was a happy moment when the evil witch’s tirade ended, but not all endings are happy. In the middle of the battle field laid an orange bundle of motionless fur. As Jack approached, Firestar lifted his head weakly.
“StarClan is waiting for me,” Firestar meowed and his clan gasped, yowling in denial. “Sparrowheart, now it is your turn to be leader. Use everything I taught you and uphold our clan’s dignity.”
“But you can’t die yet, savvy?” Jack whispered, his voice choked with sobs.
A low purr emanated from Firestar’s throat, “There is something I must tell you…I…I am your father.” The tom became still as he shuddered his last breath and cries of grief flooded the deck.
“Tomorrow you shall visit the Moonpool to get your nine lives,” Leafpool, the medicine cat mewed, padding up to Jack; her head down in anguish.
Jack nodded solemnly. “I will follow in Firestar’s paw steps and make ThunderClan proud.”
Two cats sauntered over, making a clearing in the dense group of cats as they dragged over a rather tattered and tarnished tri-cornered hat. Delicately, he lifted the hat onto his head. “And really bad eggs. Drink up me hearty yo-ho!”
Author’s Notes/ I was thinking about writing a sequel, but most likely only if people take an interest in it. So, review and speak your thoughts. No flames. Helpful writing pointers greatly appreciated.
