Summary: After the events of Phantom Planet, Danny begins to wonder about his ghost fighting career. He delivers a rather shocking message to his team.
Author’s Note: This is a story that I might write sometime in the future. I was inspired by Punch-Out!! for this one.

Danny Phantom was in the basement of FentonWorks one afternoon. It was time for Team Phantom’s training and a lot had been on Danny’s mind lately. Sam, Tucker, and Jazz were in the basement and listened to his announcement. All of them were shocked.

“Are you sure about this, Danny?” Sam asked, her eyes wide. “Ghosts beat you three times and you call it quits?”

Danny stopped from his training and looked at his friends. He waited for a moment and then threw a sudden punch at them. Sam and Tucker recoiled a bit but Jazz just looked at Danny, even though his fist was inches from her face.

“Alright, then.” said Jazz, putting her hand on Danny’s fist. “Let’s go out on top, then.” She smiled at all of them. “It’s time to take your place in history, Danny.”

Danny smiled as his friends understood. If he loses in ghost fights three times, then he retires from the ghost hunting business.

...Yeah, I’ll admit it’s rather sudden and short on details. I just feel that something like this is suitable for what I’m experiencing. I might write it in the future, so stay tuned.
