Even though Bart was still furious that Anne-Marie hadn’t told him that she was no longer doing the chemo, he knew that she needed support thought and that she couldn’t do this by herself. So he went to talk to her and apologise for that morning. When he arrived at her place he found the stuff that he left there in the front lawn from when he had been spending the night with her. He just ignored the stuff and knocked on the door waiting for her to reply when she didn’t answer he just sat down on the front step and waited for her to get home so that they could talk.

He had been sitting out there for an hour when Anne-Marie finally came home and was a little shocked to see him sitting out there.

“What are you doing here Bart’ Anne-Marie said

“We need to talk” He replied

“We did all the talking this morning, there is nothing else to say” She said walking up to her front door but Bart blocked her determined to say what he had to say.

“I am sorry for what I said this morning, I was out of line for speaking to you like that but I am really worried about you and I know that your not coping with the cancer and after the bomb you haven’t been the same I am scared that you might do something drastic and I wouldn’t be able to handle losing you” Bart said in a sad, worrying tone with a look of compassion in his eyes.

“Please stop pushing me away all I want to do is help you because I love and I need you please don’t push me away Annie” He continued

Anne-Marie was just looking at him now and she was on the verge of tears and then she said.

“I’m sorry Bart I don’t want you to go but after what you said this morning I thought that’s what you wanted, I love you to and I don’t want to do this by my self I just don’t know how you can help” she said now she was crying.

Bart went up to her and kissed her then just held her as she cried into his chest.

Back in the ED Mike was getting people to cover his shifts for when he goes into surgery for the transplant with Simon and he was starting to worry that maybe he won’t be able to handle the morphine and was wondering if maybe he shouldn’t go through with it. He had been struggling with this decision since he had agreed to the transplant and every time told himself that this can help him redeem himself with Simon.

Erica was at the doctor’s because she was getting worried about the baby because she had been have major stomach pains and was worried something was wrong with the baby. The Doctor told her the baby was fine and gave her even more good news that she was to far along for the baby to be James’s so it must be Dan’s.
