Chapter 1

Experimental

The rogue ninja shifted with the shadows of the still night, he made sure not even fireflies made louder noise than him. His feet moved with ease through the Hyuga estate and watched his position every second.

His mission?

Capture and kidnap, Hyuga Kana, daughter to the Hyuga family head, Hyuga Neji.

This was going to stir up quite the trouble, that’s why he had to be silent in all ways. If he woke up any of the members, especially the adults, damn it all, he would get the child and escape. If they caught him, screw toast, his ass would be grilled crispy.

The ninja slightly glided along the fine wooden floor until he reached his victims room. He slid open the door ever so quietly. The 4 year old child was sleeping soundly, her long brown hair slightly in her face the rest wrapped somewhat around her body. She was in a Hyuga styled night outfit.

He snuck into the child’s room and lifted her light body carefully not to wake the child. Only god knows how loud a four year old can scream. He passed through the halls once more looking for the nearest window; he found it and jumped out softly landing on his feet. Unfortuantely, this kid was a light sleeper after he was about a good yard and a half from the estate and it was then that Kana awoke only to find a not so familiar surrounding than where she last was.

Let’s just say god’s not the only one who knows how loud a four year old can scream now.

Tenten and Neji bolted up from their bed and the sound of the scream.

“Tenten! Check the kids! I’ll go outside and see if I find anything!” Neji said after he ever so quickly put on his clothes. Tenten now was already out the room running down her own lodging that she and Neji lived in with their kids.

She checked all of the rooms, some of the kids were awake the others were sleeping.

“Tsunami, Naomi, Nobuna, Nanami, and baby Kenji… (Yeah, that’s by oldest to youngest, save for Kana)” realization hit Tenten as she entered her fifth born’s room… Kana was gone….

Neji was outside, so she went to find Hinata instead “Hinata! Hinata!” Hinata came out of her own bedroom with Naruto, her long blue hair a slight mess “Kana! She’s gone!” Hinata looked at Tenten with worry “Yeah, we heard a scream and went to check on our kids”.

Neji wasn’t liking what he was seeing, with his byakuguan activated he could see the trail left behind by the culprit, Tenten ran out to meet him “Neji! Kana’s gone!” Neji’s heart took a blow at the sound of one of his children taken from them.

They tried to search for her but, alas; there was no sign of Kana or her kidnapper.

The next morning…

Tears were pouring from Tenten’s eyes, her daughter was gone… lost… and she felt so helpless right now….

Neji wrapped his arms around her and whispered in her ear that it was going to be alright. Right now the Anbu Black Ops were at the estate investigating, Neji was once in Anbu, but got out, though he did still get high pay.

Shikamaru was there, he was only a jounin, but his intelligence was reliable.

Shikamaru approached the two parents. “I have good news and bad news. The good news is we know who took Kana and where they are, but the bad news is that we may be too late.” Tenten lifted her head.

“What do you mean too late?” Shikamaru’s eyes went somewhat downcast then back to the parents. “Well, Kana was taken by a member of a small organization called The Odaka, though small they hold quite a threat to humanity. Like the Akatsuki used to be, before they were all destroyed.” Tenten glanced at Neji worryingly “The Odaka kidnap people, well… children and do experiments on them, the experiments are from as basic as blood samples all the way to god knows what and from what I hear if an experiment fails…” Shikamaru paused and looked at the two with a face that told them to brace themselves “… the child is either put back into the dungeon

or ……… disposed of”.

“Disposed of!?” Tenten nearly shrieked, now sobbing, one of her children… one of her babies… might be disposed of.

“Don’t worry; we have a team of tracker ninjas and another squad of ANBU heading toward the headquarters location. We’ll get her back… we promise”

3 days later, somewhere in the Rice country…

“so is the experiment going well?” a man wearing a black jacket and having emerald colored hair asked

“she’s stable, but the progress isn’t very good” a woman with red hair replied

“Just make sure it goes accordingly, we need that byakuguan secret….. Karin…”

“Yes… sir”

Kana Hyuga was in an incubator her brown hair floating around her and she had an oxygen mask on her face.

Everything was all right, until a few more tests were put in process, DNA gentics tests to be exact. The machine started going haywire.

“What’s going on Karin!?”

“I’m not sure! It’s probably the DNA process!”

“Well turn it off!!”

“I’m trying but it’s just making it worse!!!”

The place started to cave in.

“Forget it Karin! Let’s get outta here!!”

Within moments Karin and the man were gone trying to get as far away as possible various workers were trying to flee the place as well, minutes in time the place caved in and few minutes later…

The place exploded anybody near it was killed.

Some miles away…

Kiba Inuzuka looked up, he was a member of the tracker ninjas sent, he gladly went; Tenten and Neji’s were close to him, they were some of his best friends.

“look!” he pointed explosion that they could see from there

“let’s go!”

Back at the lab, what’s left of it…

“Can you see anybody?”

“yeah, but they’re all unconcious they may be okay”

“wait there’s somebody’s awake here!”

A small girl with incredibly long red (not orange looking, hair that looks like red form Ariel from the little mermaid red), she had small canine teeth like an Inuzuka.

The little girl had her knees held against her chest she looked up tears flooding over from her eyes.

Her pure lavender white eyes.

“Kana…”

Kana passed out right there

Back at Konoha, a few days later…

Tenten had a sad look in her eye lately, no matter how much she tried to hide it, even her kids noticed it. Neji seemed to blame himself for Kana’s kidnapping.

The two were walking around the park with their kids when Hinata came running up to them.

“Neji! Tenten! Have you heard the good news!?” Hinata asked them excited

“what’s that?” Tenten questioned

“They found Kana and she’ here in the Konoha hospital!”

“Really!? My baby’s back! C’mon, we have to go see her!” Tenten exclaimed happily

At the Konoha hospital…

“There really is not damage “ Tsunade jotted down something on her clipboard

Tenten and Neji sighed in relief “Thank god”

A nurse walked out of the room totally oblivious to the fact that Kana’s parents were there “It’s really too bad about what happened to all those children, especially to that Kana child”.

Tsunade looked at the nurse’s back glaring and then looked at Tenten’s worry face arise quickly, Tsunade sighed.

“She isn’t hurt or anything… if you don’t count the genetic restructure…”

“GENETIC RESTRUCTURE!!!???” Tenten’s voice rang throught the hallway, Neji hugged her trying to calm her, it was working, but very slowly.

Tsunade cleared her throat ready to speak “well, apparently the experiment that they performed on her had to do with DNA restructure so now… I’ll let you have a look, she’s not deformed or anything like that, but there is something drastically different about her…”

the great medic ninja let them enter the room where their daughter was, Tsunade removed the blanket to show Kana’s sleeping face Tenten gasped when she saw her daughter have incredible long bright red hair and small fangs.

“Kana has been turned part demon…”
