Here is my second songfic for JaSam. I think the song as reminds me of JaSam but I also think this goes to have Jason should be feeling right now and right after him and Sam broke up.

Jason is standing at the window starring out into the dark night. Sam was out of his life and it was all his fault. She has only been gone for a couple months and yet it still feels like yesterday. Liz has been going at him to commit to her and Jake and be a family with them but he just can’t bring himself to do it. She had even tried to move into the penthouse but he wouldn’t have it. This is his and Sam’s house and that was just the way it would be.

Sam had been tryin’ to get Jason to tell her the truth and he just wouldn’t do it because Liz asked him not too. Now here he is without the love of his life and it is killing him slowly. He is not the same man he was before. How could he even go to Sam’s place and threating to kill her. When he saw the look on her face he knew that he had just lost her for good and it broke him even more. Now whenever he goes out he has to watch her smile and be happy with Lucky Spencer.

Jason remembers the look on Sam’s face that night that she left. It was so full of hurt and he just stood there acting like it didn’t matter how much he was hurting her as he watched her walked out of his life. The things that he said to her and the way he has been toward her makes his heart break. He knows that had he not let Liz into their lives he would still have Sam now all he has left are all the regrets to keep him warm at night and the dreams of him and Sam.
