The Journey of Frank Hardy

Chapter 1:

It is a usually Tuesday afternoon for The Hardy family. Franks little brother Joe Hardy who is a blond 16 year old and his 5 closest friends are down stairs playing pool and watching T.V., When older brother Frank who is 18 is upstairs doing his math and socials homework. Every time the balls in pool collide they make a huge loud bang and Franks starts to get unfocused from doing his homework. Frank is getting really annoyed, so he quickly runs down stairs and yells on the top of his lungs “Shutup! Stop making all that racket!”.Joe and his friends quiet down, So Franks tries to do his homework again but still can’t focus. Franks decides to go for a walk down the road to the local park and lie down on the comfy grass. “I’m going on a walk”, he shots to his grandma who is looking after him for the week while his Mom and Dad are on a vacation in Cario, Egypt.

Frank loves taking walks to the park. This is where he lets all of his anger out and clears his mind. As Frank walks past Shakespeare road he spots the park and notices something fishy. There are 5 teenagers in dark clothing surrounding somebody in the middle. Frank sees a tall skinny boy with a Montreal Canadians touque on holding an open switch blade. Franks runs over to the seen and tackles the guy with the knife. The man on the ground screms and the 5 boys run away. Frank is puzzled until he sees the boy on the ground and the blood all over his shirt. Frank picked the knife up and examined it. It is a red Swiss army knife. The boy with the toque stabbed the boy with the knife while Frank tackled him. The police arrive the next second and Frank has no clue what to do. He thinks about running but he is a detective and the police like him so he decides to stay and talk to the police. Not a good idea especially how when Frank has blood all over his shirt and how he is still holding the bloody knife. The fat police man on the right who is new to the crew grabs him by the shirt and throws him on the ground. The other police officer who is about 5 foot 7 and weights about 2 pounds takes out the shiny handcuffs and clips the round cuffs around Franks wrists and moves him into the vehicle while Franks was yelling “I didn’t do it, I didn’t do it”. The fat police man says “you are under arrest for murder.” During the 2 and half minutes drive to the Police station. One sentence repeated in Franks head “What are my parents going to say.”
