I'm back! I didn't want you guys to wait for too long- so here's saga number 2! I know the last wasn't really a saga but it was just how they had to find each other. Expect more action, drama and romance as they get to know each other!!!

ELITE: Team, Chapter 1: The Warlake

"ELLIS!"

"IZZIE!"

"HELP!" they both screamed. Izzie was pressed against the wall, Ellis and Lilia were both trying to wake Hay Lin, Ebony was trying to get behind the monstrous creature, and Talia was frozen, transfixed, her eyes never leaving the monster. It was still advancing, mere feet away from most of the Guardians. Talia was the closest, her glasses shining. Izzie was terrified. They were all terrified. Her heart racing, Izzie leapt to Talia, pulling her away from the monster, which had started to outstretch it's hand to her.

Angered, the creature stood up straight, swinging back it's arm and hitting Ebony.

"ARRGH!"

She crumpled to the floor. Talia seemed to wake up as if from a trance when Izzie had gotten her to the furthest wall from the female creature. She took off her glasses and rubbed her eyes.

"Wh...what's going on?"

"I don't know. That monster..."

Izzie pointed at the monster, which was starting to lower to the ground, it's hood fallen to reveal it's green skin, it's long hair and glowing red eyes.

"...it, it turned into Will. Remember?"

"I..yeah.."

"Bring the Heart. We can fight it!"

"Fight?"

"It's all we can do."

Talia paused, the only sound being Ebony's slurred stirring, Lilia's sobbing and the monster's hallow breathing. Then, there was the glowing of pink heart, Talia closed her eyes. The monster leapt towards the team as they all transformed.

"What is this?"

Talia gasped at herself. She was taller, curvier. Her wings fluttered on her back. She wore a short green skirt, the stripy tights and a purple shirt with no sleeves and shoulder spikes. Her hair was chunkier, cooler. Her glasses were metallic, more stylish. The Heart of Candracar was hovering on her palm.

"Earth!" yelled Ellis, who was glowing with a radiant green light.

"Water!" cried Izzie, her hair flying behind her.

"Fire!" Ebony was up, striking a dangerous pose.

"Air!" Lilia was already in the air, her wings waving happily. She wore a very long purple skirt, the waist hem weaving around her waist. Her shirt was green, with long sleeves that ended in a dramatic bell shape. She had the tights and the knee-length purple boots. Her amber coloured hair was longer and curlier. She was the picture of serenity and happiness, giggling at being in the air.

"Heart of Candracar!" yelled Talia, gaining her inner confidence, "Guardians, fight!"

"Don't mind if I do," said Ebony, conjuring up a fire ball in her hand, it not seeming to burn her. She through it at the monster, which had stopped and frozen in awe at the Guardian's transformation. The fireball struck the beasts cloak, but then disappeared. The monster turned, an evil grin forming it's mouth. It sniggered a female laugh, as it advanced toward Ebony.

She didn't seem frightened. She frowned, throwing up her arms, which seized with energy. A larger, more powerful ball of flame.

"Fire!" She threw it at the monster, now having a more desired effect. It burned a hole in it's cloak, steaming green skin revealed. It threw back it's head and roared in pain, getting as far away from Ebony as it could. It went for the door, but Ellis blocked it's way.

"Earth!"

He splayed his hands in front of him and emitted a bright green beam from his hands, the other Guardians scattering and doing the same, charging beams of magic in them. The magic charged within them, giving them a meaning. A purpose.

Izzie shot blue, dripping magic. Ebony shot red, steaming magic. Talia shot a gleaming, pink beam of magic. Lilia shot silvery, airy magic. They all met and struck the creature, it roaring deafeningly and sinking to the ground. It's slim hands grabbed it's head, it's red eyes protruding. It sank to the ground, it's cloak only remaining.

"Stop!" yelled a voice. The Guardian's stopped, them all staring at the empty cloak on the floor. Hay Lin had woken, probably from the creatures demise. She looked incredibly in pain, not able to sit up. She was clutching a wound on her side. Lilia rushed to her, helping her up. Hay Lin rubbed her aching head.

"Change back," she said in a wheezy voice. They did so, Talia calling the Heart and pretty soon they were all back to normal. Lilia was tiny again and Izzie had to help her hold Hay Lin up. They guided her to the armchair in the corner of the room. Once in it, Hay Lin rubbed her chest. Talia and the rest of them went and sat straight in front, Talia on her knees.

"Please- Hay Lin...what was that?"

"It was a...Emma, leave it!"

She had been poking the empty cloak with her sneakered toe. At Hay Lin's order, she stopped and joined her team, leaning against a wall. Hay Lin turned to Talia.

"That thing you just defeated was a Warlake. They come from the world of Wardanian. It is on the world of Wardanian where there is the conflict where you are needed."

"What conflict?" asked Ellis.

"I...I cannot say. Please, we must find Will."

"Will?"

"Yes. The Warlakes can take on the form of any living thing it has touched. It must have fought Will upstairs, and she must still be up there."

"Come on."

Izzie, Ellis and Talia ran up the stairs, while the other two stayed with Hay Lin, who was very hurt. Ellis went into the adjacent kitchen, where sure enough, Will was upright, rubbing her head and blinking her eyes.

"Will! Are you OK?"

"I...yes. I'll be fine. The Warlake..."

"It's gone. We fought it," Izzie said.

"That's good. And Hay Lin?"

"She's hurt. We should get her to a hospital..."

"No. Now's not the time. We have to get to Candracar, all of us."

"Candracar? We're actually going?" gasped Talia. Will nodded.

"It's time you had answers."
