My first song fic, dedicated to people who have had very bad relationships. This song is sang by Cascada this is the upbeat one people it feels better when it’s the upbeat one! The slow one by Rascal Flatts is nice, but it’s sad so here’s “What Hurts the Most” by Cascada

“Guys I don’t need a stupid party to cheer me up! For goodness’ sake I’m perfectly fine!” a pink haired young woman shouted as her friends came in with party supplies.

Every once in a while even though goin’ on with you gone still upsets me

There are days

Every now and again I pretend I'm okay but that's not what gets me

“Uhoh, she’s in denial! Quick get her ice-cream!” a blonde haired woman shouted as she dropped the big bag of drinks and food. “I don’t need ice-cream! I need you guys, to get out of my house!” the pink haired woman shouted as her friends continued to put food and drinks on the table.

She had always loved him…it wasn’t enough though, he decided to cheat on her and break her heart in two…..Sai was stupid, he decided to break her heart and Tenten, Ino and Hinata and their boyfriends decided that when he breaks her heart they’ll break his legs…and they did. Unfortunately he healed, but Sakura wasn’t healing….she was, but she refuses to carry on.

It's hard to deal with the pain of losing you everywhere I go

But I’m doin’ it

Sakura sighed she was dealing with it, but it hurt it always hurt.

“Sakura-chan, please you’ll love the party! We worked hard please just let it happen….maybe something good might come out of it!” a brunette said as she sat down the packet of chips in front of her on the coffee table. Sakura sighed, “Okay fine…”

“Great now change!” The blonde said again pushing Sakura into her room.

Two hours later

There were people from their old school, Tenten’s boyfriend, Neji had arranged a DJ and sound systems and it was all there…everyone was having fun; she faked smiles so they wouldn’t worry about her, but inside she was crying.

It’s hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I’m alone

Still harder getting’ up, I’ dressed, livin’with this regret

But I know if I could do it over

I would trade, give away all the words that I saved in my heart that I left unspoken

She was so close to admitting she loved him, but somehow inside she knew that she didn’t. She walked around greeting people she knew and fake smiling at them, she finally found her sofa and sat down. She wasn’t the only one though…a man with dark hair, pale skin and onyx eyes. He was dressed casually and looked quite irritated.

Sakura noticed him, but didn’t recognize him. “Hey…do I know you?” He turned his head to face her, “No…don’t think so…I’m Uchiha Sasuke. You are?” Sakura lost her voice, but found it, “I’m Haruno Sakura…I guess you don’t want to be here either. Huh?” He blinked, “How’d you know?” She giggled, “I didn’t want the party to happen, but my friends made it so yeah, I’m stuck here. At least you can go home!” Sakura said with a laugh. Sasuke laughed with her.

For some reason Sakura was no longer sad, Sasuke made it all better and she had only met him an hour ago. She had totally forgotten about the party and Sai, she was enjoying herself and everyone saw it. Ino grinned as she danced with her boyfriend Shikamaru finally seeing her best friend happy made her and the rest of the girls happy too.

For some reason she just didn’t have to pretend anymore, she was truly happy and she could tell Sasuke was not a lying cheese ball like Sai.

The party ended and only Sakura and Sasuke were left they both decided to watch a movie. Sasuke was the guest so he got to pick and “The Grudge” just happened to be sitting on the floor in front of the plasma screen TV. Sakura didn’t own the movie, but Hinata’s boyfriend, Naruto did. Sakura didn’t like scary movies, but hid her fear behind a happy cheerful expression.

Sakura put the movie in with shaky hands and turned the TV on. Sasuke had turned off the lightsto give it the cinema look. The movie was just starting when there was a knock at the door.

She opened the door and stared at who was in front of her…Sai. He gave her a smile that said ‘Please forgive me’ Sakura fake smiled at him and slammed the door in his face.

“Who was that?” Sasuke asked from his place the sofa. Sakura smiled at him and said, “No one!” She sat down next to him and cuddled against his chest. She completely forgot about the movie, but at least she’s over Sai

Now Sakura can finally say, “Bye, Bye Ex boyfriend!”

Haha I wrote this in less then 30min lol. Sorry about some mistakes and I’m sorry it kinda sucked, but I was bored!
