Amanda picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Amanda, are you ready to go?"

"Oh, hey Kurt. Yeah, I'm ready."

"Great. I'll be there in a second."

"Okay," Amanda said hanging up the phone.

Amanda jumped as Kurt teleported in her house behind her.

"Kurt!" She laughed off her sudden shock, "I keep forgetting how literally you mean that."
She walked over to him and wrapped her arms around his neck, brushing her cheek against his.

Kurt grabbed her arms and pulled them down so he could hold her hands in his between them.

"Sorry if I startled you. Sure you're read to go?" he asked her.
They leaned into one another till their foreheads were touching, looking each other in the eyes.

"Yes, I'm sure Kurt. Let's go." She smiled.

"Permission to port," he teased wrapping his tail around her.

"Permission granted Mr. Wagner," she giggled.
