Kodi was panting hard, he could see nome, but the plane was closing behind. “Were almost there guys!” he could hear his dad call. We were feet away from the finish but balto slipped and they got tangled. The Plane won. “DAD! WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT FOR!? BECAUSE OF YOU, WE DON’T HAVE ARE JOBS NOW!” kodi screamed through tears. “Kodi…i-m s-sorry.” Balto said with his ears flat. “Just shut up.” Is all kodi said as he walked away, sobbing his eyes out. Dusty walked up to balto. “Hey balto, we understand, kodi just needs some time.” She said in a warm voice that remided him of his mother. “Thanks you guys, Im sorry.” Balto replied. “I’ll go talk to kodi, you go home and get rested up.” She added. Balto nodded and ran home.
