Angel’s POV…

“Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!” I squealed gripping Mimi’s arm.

“Ow! Why are you squeeing and almost breaking my arm?” she asked back pulling her arm away.

“I’m officially going out with Collins!”

“Okay,” she said. “Sucks for you,”

“What?”

“You have to go to college in Zenlin next year,”

“Don’t remind me,” I said pulling out my wand. I snapped it in half sending pieces flying every where.

“What you do that for?” Mimi asked looking at the two broken parts.

“Problem solved, if I can’t get to Zenlin, I can’t go to the college,”

“No that’s not it the council is going to strip you of your powers,”

“Why?”

“They have had their suspicions, and now that you snapped you wand they’re gonna come and banish you from ever going back to Zenlin,”

“Shit!”

“And if you don’t have your power you’ll…”

“Wilt into nothing, I know, I know. There has to be another way to not get them stirpped,”

“There is, but it’s kind of complicated,”

“What is it?”

“You go into Zenlin, then you go into Gen’s lair and find the key, you know the key,”

“Oh great, my only hope is to sneak into the old hags secret places and steal a key that I have to jab into my stomach, how great,”

“Oh and you have until 1 o’clock tomorrow to do it,” she said quickly.
