Entian King: So writing this chapter was defiantly a pain in the rear!

Nathan: It only took an hour.

Entian: sighs well anyway, I don’t own Castlevania or any of the characters so don’t get mad at me!!

Nathan: Read and review!!

Chapter 1: Resurrection

A woman dressed in an elaborate pink outfit stood in front of an erect coffin. She chanted, finishing a ritual.

“We crave the presence of the embodiment of suffering, the ruler of darkness!” she raised her arms and the entire castle shook. A gray column of light engulfed the coffin. As the light grew stronger, the coffin opened and a tall man stepped out.

The man was dressed in a black and red garb with a matching cloak. The cloth was trimmed with gold. His pale white skin was bordered by gray hair that ran below his shoulders. He slowly opened his eyes and the room was filled with dark glee.

“I have waited for this moment, to be awake again,” he said. His clear voice rang with deep evil. “To bask in the darkness and feel the moonlight within.”

“Count Dracula,” the woman addressed, “I am honored to be in your presence.” She gave a slight bow.

“Indeed,” he answered powerfully, “though I lack my full power.”

“We are preparing the rite to replenish your power-” she started.

“STOP!” yelled Morris. He and his two apprentices rushed into the audience room. He stopped fearlessly facing his old enemy. He screamed, “You cannot be allowed to taint the world!”

“You…” Dracula said slowly as he recognized the face. “I remember… you were one of the Vampire Killers that sealed me…” he said with hatred. The vampire laughed, “You’ve aged.”

Morris ignored the remark, knowing that he would have trouble fighting even a newly awoken Dracula because of his age. “It is our duty to see you banished.”

The Count began to laugh, filling the room with his evil desire. The two apprentices flinched at the power that the vampire lord held. “Amusing. To use my nemesis’ life to return my power.” He turned to Hugh and Nathan, “I have no use for children.” Dracula lifted one side of his cloak and a demonic bat appeared. “Be gone!” the bat flew at their feet and exploded, forcing the ground to give way. As they began to fall, Morris turned and jumped towards the crevasse.

“HUGH! NATHAN!”

“MASTER!”

“FATHER!”

They fell down the Abyss, a shaft used to kill intruders, and landed on a rocky ledge. Nathan looked around brushing his silver hair from his face.

“Hmm… No creatures around here,” he turned to Hugh. “Hugh, are you okay?”

Hugh nodded, throwing his jet black hair were it rested just below his back. “Yeah,” he paused and sighed. “We were just brushed aside and ignored…”

“We have to find Master.”

“I’ll go. He’s my father,” he turned away. “Nathan, you’ll be in the way. Just get out of here,” Hugh tried to hide his jealousy of Nathan. He ran and jumped off the ledge.

Nathan looked down and shook his head and whispered to himself, “I want to find Master as much as anybody.” Nathan looked up and sighed. An entire castle to search through. I have to save Master!

Entian: So it was kinda over descriptive but I was bored and I had to just copy the dialogue…. Oh well. I did tone it down from the original version I had.

Nathan: That was horrible!!

Entian: shut up!! Anyway. I promise not all of the chapters will be like this. R&R!
