For anyone wondering where all of the chapters of Setting Sun have gone, they have been deleted. I am deleting this story. I wanted to put up an explanation, though, because I think people have the right to know why.

When I thought of the idea for Setting Sun, the implications of the story line did not occur to me. I did not realize, at the time, that what I had constructed were two adulterous relationships. Somehow, this did not occur to me while I was actually writing the story…when I finally realized it, I had already begun Into The Lion’s Den. I felt really bad that I had, though inadvertently, created a story that centered around something I was so morally opposed to. I was going to wait until Into The Lion’s Den was finished, but then I felt very strongly that I should delete it now. I didn’t want to keep it up any longer.

I know that many people liked Setting Sun very much, and I’m sorry I have to delete it. Thank you all for your praise and reviews. However, my conscience will not let me keep this story running any longer.

I will leave this author’s note up for a little while, and then I’ll erase the story permanently. Again, I’m sorry.
