1. “Rhythm (Devoted To The Art Of Moving Butts)” A Tribe Called Quest

Sasuke would never understand Naruto completely. He came from a different part of society. There was a rhythm from Naruto’s world that Sasuke could never connect with. Hip-hop, the ghettos, what could some jazz-loving upper class guy get about that?

But Naruto loved him anyway, almost because of it, that there was something so different about them and yet they were so similar.

Naruto thought about this whenever he was about to play, to perform.

2. “The Answer” Bloc Party

Naruto is talkative. He could talk for days, in circles and spirals. He was with Sasuke talking about his new orange jacket. That’s when Sasuke decided, Naruto didn’t need to talk so much, and he understood Naruto already, because they were already so connected. He was sitting next to Naruto on Sasuke’s couch.

Sasuke leaned towards Naruto and kissed him, mid-sentence.

“I love you.” He said when he pulled away. Naruto stared for a second and relaxed leaning on Sasuke a bit, he open his mouth to speak, when Sasuke covered his mouth.

“And you could talk a little less.”

3. “My Guy” Mary Wells

Sakura and Ino were glaring at Naruto at he walked towards them, hand in hand with the girls crush, Sasuke. They’d asked them to lunch to try and sabotage the relationship, and it began when they sat down.

Sakura and Ino wore very sluttish outfits, and Sakura leaned towards Naruto (showing her breasts) and poured him some tea, then Sasuke.

4.”True Love Ways” Buddy Holly

Sasuke and Naruto weren’t the perfect couple. They fought and never liked to show affection. But they knew true love better than others.

Sometimes when Naruto would cry, only Sasuke would understand fully why, and be able to bring a smile back to his face. Sasuke would never go far enough to cry, mostly sighing, and only Naruto would bring him out of the funk it signified.

5. “Here comes the sun” The Beatles

To Naruto, Sasuke was his sun, his spring, his warmth. Not many understood his connotation with Sasuke of warmth, they were only sophomores in high school, and it was odd. Naruto could explain though and if asked, he gladly would.

“When Sasuke comes into the room it feels like an icy chill has melted from me. I feel warm again. I feel all right.”

6. “Rockin’ Robin” Jackson 5

Naruto was sitting in a tree after his solo training whistling all the while. He stopped for a bit and took off his jacket, when he continued, Sasuke was walking by the tree, shirtless.

Sasuke appeared in front of Naruto as soon as he heard the whistle.

“were you whistling at me?”

“uh-ur- what?” Naruto twiddled his thumbs, blushing.

7. “Ask About Me” Girl Talk

The blonde he was grinding with in the club was hot, and really good at moving his tight tush over Sasuke’s groin but not hard enough to arouse him. Sasuke pulled the blonde closer to him, slightly drunk.

“Can I have it like that?” he grinded especially hard into the blonde’s rear, making to guy groan.

8. “Sam’s Town” The Killers

Naruto never liked how Vegas was, no one challenged the sleazy decadence, everybody went with the flow. He like to take in the beauty of Nevada. That’s how he met Sasuke. He went to the edge of town to watch the sunrise over the dessert, to see a car parked there with someone on the hood of the car, staring at the horizon. He asked to sit next to him, the guy nodded.

“do you do this a lot?” Naruto asked

“yeah”

9. “Do you Want To?” Franz Ferdinand

The two college students fumbled through the hall of the apartment. As soon as the brunette let the blonde guy in they’d stated a mad frenzy of making out and dry-humping, Sasuke trying to steer the guy he barely knew- he was in his psych class or something –into his bedroom. When they got to the door Sasuke separated from the blonde, he looked him in the eyes.

“Do you want to?” he really needed this he was hoping, Naruto his name might have been? Would say yes.

Naruto just kissed him, then as they finally went into the bedroom, he said, “Aren’t I lucky?”

10. “Summer Skin” Death Cab For Cutie

Naruto missed Sasuke so much, but at the same time he didn’t. He missed Sasuke from the summer, no cares, no worries, all just being together. When term started again though, just after labor day, Sasuke grew distant, engrossed in his studies, he had to get top grades, and an internship, it was his everything. Eventually they separated, but Naruto was still in love with Sasuke, but his Sasuke, the one he met at the beginning of summer. His Sasuke seemed dead though, and so he cried.
