Hehe, yes, you guessed it, MEEE!! Anyway, I will be updating I Am Your Brother Best Friends Forever soon, but during my little hiatus, I thought of this randomly...It came to me...IN A VISION!! Anyway, I doubt my parents will see anything but that other story, so I'm good...But yeah, that will be updated ASAP!! Tomorrow at latest...

Anyway, I hope you like this idea! I don't really know...it's kinda weird, but just...I don't know. PLEASE review!! I'll love you!!

PS...yes, a slash pairing will come eventually...I just need to figure out when :)

Oh, and one last thing, it may be confusing in the beginning...but it's good.

Maddie’s POV

I remember when Nick first moved in. The family from Texas. Nobody knew them, but they just randomly decided to move to Wycoff, New Jersey. Yup, I was sure they’d be just like all the other neighbors…boring, unsocial. But when I answered my door and saw his soft brown curls, and warm brown eyes, I could tell that it would be different.

Me and him started doing everything together. Hell, I was just happy to find someone my age on our lonely little street…And Nick was exactly the person I was looking for. His older brother, Joe, was pretty cool too. He was always there with us, keeping us in stitches. Never a dull moment when Joe Jonas was around.

And that first kiss. Under the oak tree, in the park. We were only seven years old, but I remember it like it was yesterday. Nick, gently pulling me in, and then backing away quickly, screeching, “EWW I JUST GOT COOTIES!” I did the same thing, but really, I didn’t feel that way.

But most importantly, I remember the day he went to try to get a record deal. I had seen all of his Broadway shows, and they were awesome. He’d get it.

“Mads,” he said, calling me by my pet nickname. “Come with me? Joe’s coming, and I really would love it if you could come…” There he went, blushing and making my heart melt.

I pulled him into a kiss. We were fourteen then, a little different than seven. “Of course I’ll come, Nicky.”

His uneasiness seemed to disappear. All because I was coming.

Mrs. Jonas piled us into the car, and Nick started practicing his songs all the way there. I listened, dying with every word he sang. When we got there, I saw the fear return to his eyes. I grabbed his hand and squeezed hard, letting him know that I was there.

We waited for what seemed like forever, until finally they announced that it was his turn to go into the audition/screening room. He stood up, ready to go in, before announcing, “Wait, can Maddie and Joe come with me?”

The man shrugged, letting us know it was up to him. He practically lifted us up, dragging us in with him.

“You’re Nick?” the guy from Columbia Records said, smiling at us. Nick nodded. “And I see you’ve brought guests?”

“Yeah,” he said, the blush returning. “This is Joe, my brother, and this is Maddie…my girlfriend.”

“All right then, let’s see what you’ve got.”

He began to sing. I’ve never heard sweeter notes anywhere. He barely closed his mouth before the man accepted him. He began to explain to Nick all this stuff about recording an album before Joe had to butt in. “Wait, he made it? Nicky, let’s sing that song we wrote…as brothers? Maybe I can join and we can start a band!”

I had to laugh. Joe always had to be the center of attention.

“He sings too?” the guy asked. “Good, sing your song.”

Joe joined into the song, Please Be Mine. It was beautiful.

“You’re both hired!” The man said, obviously proud. Joe beamed at Nick, who beamed at me. I just smiled at them both.

“Great job you two!” I nearly yelled, joining in on their group jump.

Nick ran out and hugged him mom tightly. “I GOT IT I GOT IT I GOT IT!”

“Great job!” Mrs. Jonas screamed, seeming shocked. But it was all just the more when Joe came running out yelling, “ME TOO ME TOO ME TOO!”

We did our best to explain, until the manager person came out and told her the good news. Both of her boys would be stars.

After much paper work and all, we piled back into the car to ride home. We got to the house, and of course I accepted the offer to stay for dinner. Who wouldn’t?

Nick ran me up to his room. “Maddie, that guy, he told me that if there was anyone else…to help with the band…I could ask them.”

“Yeah?” I said, confused at where he was going.

“You have to be in it.”

“WHAT?” How could I be in it? I didn’t sing very much…I played guitar, but I wasn’t all that great at it.

“You have to!”

“I couldn’t…all those people…and I don’t play anything…and…”

“You’re an AMAZING guitarist,” he said, acting serious.

“No I’m not,” I said, honestly.

“Have you ever heard yourself? Mads, you are truly the best I’ve ever heard!”

“I’m not joining your band I could never do it!”

“Please?” Nick looked up at me with a puppy-dog look on his face…he knew I could never refuse that face.

“Nick, I couldn’t just be in your band…people would think it was weird…having a random guitar girl person, and two singing guys…and at school…”

“Mads, we could fix it!”

“How?”

He thought for a moment. He paced, sat on his bed, paced again…Finally, he looked up happily.

“We could make you the third Jonas Brother!”

“WHAT?” I exclaimed again…I had to have heard him wrong. “What do you mean, the third Jonas Brother?”

“Look, I’m not that popular at school…you know that. Nobody really knows me but you. They won’t know if I have a brother. You just need to tell everyone your transferring schools or something, and we’d be good! We could dress you up as a guy…give you a new name…”

“Look, I’m not saying I’ll do this, but…how would we do this?”

It seemed like craziness, but in the next few weeks I was transformed into a new person. Well, not really. It was still me, just with guy clothes, a guy skin mask, and a wig. And only the Jonases and my family knew.

“We need to think of a name…” I said, realizing I’ve never been called anything but Maddie in my life.

“How about…Dad’s name?” Joe said. “People wouldn’t think that’s weird…and you’ll be the oldest, so it will make sense.”

And so that’s how I got here. In the middle of millions of screaming fans, nearly all of girls. All who wanted to kiss me. All who wanted to date me.

All who thought my name was Paul Kevin Jonas II.
