"I wanted to apologize for leaving you, Joe" Lena said as she walked closer to me.

"How'd you get here?" I said as I sat on the edge of the bed.

"I took a plane here. Joe I can't be with out you" she said as she sat beside me and began to cry. I wrapped my arms around her and rubbed her back.

"Lena, things didn't work out so they had to end" I said, "I gave you your chance"

"Joe, I didn't want it to be liked that, I really do still love you" she said, "After we broke up I swear I wasn't the same anymore"

"Lena, I can't" I said as I let go of her.

"Joe, please" she asked. I thought of everything, of Anny. I knew I wasn't going to find her anymore; I just had to move on and live my life.

"Ok Lena" I said as I sighed and smiled at her. Maybe she was the one that was going to be there with me for the rest of my life?

"Thank you, Joe" she said as she gave me a hug.

"C'mon let's go with the rest of the family so we can go get something to eat" I said as I grabbed my shoes and put them on.

"Ok" she said as she got up from the bed and smiled. I smiled back at her and then grabbed her hand. We walked out of the room and made our way down to the restaurant of the hotel.

“It was about time you guys made it” my mom said as she placed her hand on my back and motioned me to my seat. I took the seat beside my brothers and across Lena.

“So what’s new?” my father asked as we began to eat our breakfast. Should I tell them about me and Lena? They are going to find out sooner or later.

“Me and Lena are back together” I said as I placed the my napkin on my lap.

“Wow, those are some great news” my mom said as she smiled at me and Lena. I sighed and smiled back at her.

Back to Anny’s Point of View

We were now at my house just hanging out and acting silly. We already had the designs ready for my boss; all we needed is for him to hire the constructors.

“Crap” Kris said as she looked at her phone.

“What?” I asked looking over at her.

“My phone died, and I don’t have my charger” she said getting up from the couch.

“Use mine” I said pointing at the counter where my phone charger was placed.

“It doesn’t fit” she said as she grabbed her purse and my car keys, “I’ll be back in a while” she said heading out the door. I looked over at Bill and he looked at me and we both shrugged our shoulders.

“Make room” Bill said as he got up from the floor and made his way over to me. I shifted over to the side of the couch and made room for him. He looked cute with his spiked up black hair and blonde streaks in it. He wasn’t like any other guy you would see, he was different, unique. I don’t know what, but something about him attracted me to him.

“Satisfied?” I asked him as I raised an eyebrow.

“Not quite” he said as he sat close beside me and wrapped his arm around me.

“What do you mean not quite?” I said looking over at him.

“Can I ask you something?” he said as he rubbed his nose and looked back at me.

“Sure, what is it?” I said with a smile.

“Since I’ve known you for a while now and I really like you,” he paused, “I wanted to know if you would like to be more than just friends with me?” I was in shock when he told me this. I seriously didn’t know what to say. I really liked him but then Joe came into mind. Though I had to forget about him.

“Bill, I-” I paused, “I would love to”

“Seriously?” he asked me with a shocked face expression.

“Yea” I said smiling at him. He smiled at me and then placed his hand on my neck and slowly pulled me close to him and our lips met. His lips were soft, like a rose pedal. I placed my hand on his cheek and felt his nice soft skin under my hand. I smiled and pulled away. He opened his eyes and smiled at me as he removed the bangs out of my face.

“That was nice” he said smiling and placing a kiss on my forehead.

“Yea, I have to admit it was” I said leaning my head on his shoulder and my hand on his knee. He held me tight in his arms and resumed watching TV.

Kris’ Point of View

I was at a phone store looking for a charger but I couldn’t find it. I asked the cashier and she told me to go to the back and so I did. I looked on the wall but still couldn’t find anything. I walked to my left and spotted the chargers at the very top. I stretched out my arm and stood on my tip toes but still couldn’t reach them.

I'm so sorry for the short chapter! It's just that I couldn't leave you guys hanging like that.
