The fire.

It spread over my body from the contact point of Edwards teeth.

He was doing what he promised.

He was turning me into a Vampire.

I writhed in pain as the fire threatened to overcome my body.I was in agony I almost wished I hadn't Decided to become one of the UN-dead,I was 2 days into my transformation,all I had know for the past 48 hours was pain and suffering.it shouln't hurt as bad as this,should it? The fire burned,it scorched,it burned me from the inside this was a worse than when james had bit me.All I could do was rember that i had wanted this,that was the only thing keeping me sane,keeping me strong.

Edward stayed beside me the whole time as I screamed out I now understood one of the reasons Edward didn't want to turn me, he mumered in my ears whispearing soothing words his cool,rock hard hands stroked my forehead.

I could feel my body change,my skin become as hard as stone,my eyes becoming sharper,my ears more keen and more noticeable I could feel an UN-deniable,UN-stateable thirst rising up my throat,I wanted blood I wanted it now.

Voices dfifted into being "should we give her pain killers?" cool hands touched my face "no,shes to far gone I dont even think she feels the pain anymore" he was wrong I felt it,I felt the pain the burning fire all i could think was one more day,one more day.

The last thing I remember of that night was opening my eyes and Edwards face came into view he touched my face with is cool hands "Sleep,my swan.sleep"and my eyes slipped shut and the world of dreams opened its arms to catch me and hide me from my suffering.

I opened my eyes.

I groaned where was i?

Light streamed in the window and shone of my now rock hard sking in a glttering,dancing glow.

I gasped in amazment,I was glad my pain was over

I sat up and rubbed my eyes.I looked across and Edward was sitting next to the bed his face was full of sorrow.

"There Bella you are definetly part of the family now"

I smiled "I was one of the family anyway"

His face broke into a smile "I think your right there!!"

I smiled "for ever Edward"

His smile was sad"forever my swan"
