Ok I wrote this in response to a prompt on the LJ community Femslash100. It's my first attempt at both Sam/Janet and also a Drabble.

A/N: I was playing with some stationary and this is the result.

When Janet reached the infirmary Sam was sat on a bed, hand wrapped in a tight bandage.

“You ok?” she asked, gently cradling the blonde’s hand within her own. “What happened?”

“I um… Nothing?” Sam tried, a light blush covering her cheeks.

“Samantha Carter, a bandaged hand is hardly nothing” Janet chided.

Sighing heavily the blonde relented. “My stapler jammed so I opened it to see why & it… bit me.”

“Your stapler bit you?” Janet said failing to hold back a grin. “You work advanced alien technology yet you’re injured by a stapler?”

Sam pouted. “It was very springy”
