Plot Sum: Aly is left with the estate after her mother is killed in a car accident. When valuables from the attic go missing Aly suspects a theft. She calls in the best-Nancy Drew.

“Phone call Nancy,” said Ned Nickerson from the other room. Nancy placed her papers on the table and took off her silver rimmed glasses.

“Hello,” she said taking the phone from Ned. Running her long fingers through her platinum blonde hair she sat down at the kitchen table.

“Oh Nancy!” a voice said from the other line, “This is Aly. Jane’s daughter.”

“Well, hello, it’s good to hear from you, Aly. How is your mother,” Nancy said. She didn’t get a reply. Just sobs from the other end of the line. “Aly. Are you alright?”

“Nancy! It’s been terrible. My mother’s been killed in a car accident! Now Dehlia’s treasures are going missing from the attic. Nancy! I need your help,” Aly sobbed on the other end of the line.

“Don’t worry, dearie, I’ll be there in a heartbeat.” Nancy hung up the phone and turned to Ned. “We need tickets on the next flight to LA, now.” Ned nodded and smiled.

“Another case, Detective Drew?” He asked tauntingly.

“Yes, now, get the tickets,” Nancy replied leaving the room.

“Please?”

“Sure.”
