I came out with another story as an experiment for my bleach fic. Actually, I have my own beta-reader but she ran away beta-ed another people. Plus, I don't have much time to find and deal with a new beta-reader. I know my grammar is quite suck but I'm trying to improve it. I like humor thing and and put a genre humor/romance in this fic. Hopefully this one is better than the first. I'll try to fix the previous one. Have a read.

Hanatarou gave a respectful bow after he entered the fourth division’s captain’s room. He clasped both of his hands like he always did as he nervously gazed at his captain. Unohana Taicho never looked back at him as she was busily writing down something on the papers those Isane hand her over.

Hanatarou kept on waiting patiently in front of the captain’s desk. He has been called since earlier of the morning to the captain’s room but Unohana still not pointed out the reason why he was there.

Was I made a big mistake or something?”

The captain’s angelic face looked stern. Hana slightly flinched on his feet. Unohana never even once treated him unfriendly and now the captain gave him a cold shoulder, totally ignoring him.

Don’t tell me it’s because of Kuchiki Taicho?”

Hanatarou gasped with uncertainty. His grayish blue innocent eyes went wide. The fear look spread across his face. The embarrassing moment of him with Kuchiki Byakuya in a few days ago after he won against Zomari flooded back into his mind. Seriously, he didn’t even think the unfeeling captain will go that far.

He was well known as the coldest, stoic and emotionless of Gotei 13 captains. And never would he will be acting in a such an inappropriate behavior. But Hana was wrong in that time which urging him to leave him there, badly wounded and alone.

“Seventh seat Yamada Hanatarou.”

Hanatarou woke up from his thought and looked up at his captain.

“Hai!”

Unohana’s suspicious eyes scrutinized him from the desk and she put her hands under her chin. His heart pounded hard inside his chest, waiting for Unohana to start her little speech. Isane was standing by her captain, accompanying her to hear Hanatarou’s confession.

Both the women hoped to hear the defending words from the boy’s side to shield the division from the sixth division captain’s accusation.

“Yesterday, I have received complain from Kuchiki Taicho about you, Hanatarou.”

Hana chocked his breathe inside his throat. To think the man has said that to his captain would be the worst thing ever happen to him. Kuchiki Byakuya was probably very mad at him after the incident.

He never even had a chance to face him but chose to report this to Unohana. Hanatarou was clearly understood the special task of fourth squad. He has been taught to not letting his patients die and leave them behind.

But it was actually the noble’s fault, forcing the boy to pull such an act which is beyond his medic’s code of ethic.

“Hanatarou, do you listen to me?”

He stunned and flushed shyly for letting his guard down. “Hai, Unohana Taicho,” he said and rubbed the back of his head.

Unohana was tapping her fingers on her wooden desk. Her sight never shifted from Hana’s slender form.

“He said that, you’d left him wounded after he defeated Espada. Is it true, Hanatarou?” Unohana asked him firmly. There was a serious tone edging in her voice.

Hanatarou said nothing but weakly nodded. A cold sweat ran down to his back. He knew it was too late for him to run away.

“Will you mind tell me the reason why you left him, Hanatarou?” The boy felt like he slowly drowning into a deep pole after the lady threw out the question. At last, his captain wanted to know the real reason of it.

He trembled on his feet, afraid to tell Unohana. Part of him wanted to keep it secret for the Kuchiki bastard sake. Hell no he will care for the man’s pride. The man is the one who was deserved to get blame off not him.

He wanted badly the man will be drag off to the bureau of judgment of Seireitei. But why did he still feel a slight pity on him. Mind you Hanatarou, he had taken an advantage on you!

Oh God, why I haVE to be been born as the kindest person?”

“Hanatarou, you’re quiet again.”

“Ah! Gomenasai, Unohana Taicho,” he bowed even lower before returned to eye them back.

“Anou…I-It’s a bit complicated….”

Both Unohana and Isane frowned up quizzically and exchanged their glances. “What do you mean, Hanatarou? What is the thing you call complicated?”

He sighed inwardly and felt like wanting to smack his head against the nearest wall. “Did he do something bad on you?” Unohana guessed since the boy hardly to tell her. The boy only kept his mouth seal since the first place.

Hanatarou gave them a fearful look and then bit his lower lip as he looked downward. Unohana eyed the boy’s awkwardly behavior. She sensed the captain had done something wrong on her subordinate.

She had known Hanatarou since he became to the fourth division. The boy was the kindest and purest hearted shinigami whose she ever met. He cared for the boy’s being and secretly thought him like her son.

For all these years, the boy never even once disgraced the division until now. And to think the boy has slacked off his work was somewhat bothering her mind.

“For your information Hanatarou, you’re the one of my best subordinates. And as your captain, is my responsibility to help you through this. I believe you are innocent. I beg you please tell me what happened between you and Kuchiki Taicho,” Unohana asked as gently as she could, struggling to make the boy comfortable around her.

“I-It happened after Isane Fukutaicho finished healing Miss Rukia and sent her back to our place for further treatment ….” Hana’s voice trailed off in whisper and he swallowed hard.

“Go on, Hanataoru.”

“And only the two of us left….. He was badly injured in that time, and then I offered my help to heal his wound….he just let me and I asked him to lay down so it would be easily for me…” He averted his sight from the ladies and began to fidgeting nervously like a shy virgin girl.

Unohana listened to him with a full concentration as well as Isane. “Seem like you did your job, Hanatarou,” Isane said with a little smile.

“You could say that…I was tending his wound at that time when he suddenly grabbed me by my collar then he….”

Isane raised one of her eyebrows as she caught a bright pink flush colored the boy’s pale cheeks. Hana gazed down as she felt both of his superiors sharply eyeing at him.

His heart was beating faster as he felt his cheek hot and reddened. He was trying his best to hide his flushing cheek even though he knew they can see him.

“He…He….,” Hana stuttered out and wiped a sweat forming on his forehead by the back of his hand.

Just tell them the truth, Hana. Be strong!”

“He what, Hana?” Unohana demanded with a slight tense. She gripped her knuckles until they turned white.

“He……He slipped his tongue inside me!” Hana burst out with anger and then shuddered back uneasily.

Both the ladies jolted out on their feet and looked at Hana with big surprising eyes. Unohana clamped her chest and tried to breathe easily. It was totally far than a shock. She shut her eyes for a second s before gazed back at the furious boy. It was so scary to see someone as gentle like Hana turned out angry.

“He…slipped you tongue, ehem!” She cleared her throat and continued. “What’s that mean, Hanatarou?” She asked him as she still did not know.

Before the boy could reply anything the fourth division’s lieutenant sing-songed by her captain “French kiss!”

Isane gave a kind of ‘Yaoi fan girl’ smirk at the boy which make him froze on the spot. “That’s the reason that made you leave him, huh?”

Oww, how pity Byakuya-sama. Hana-chan didn’t want him”

“Yeah, he forced me into the k…kiss and ….of course I was so shock in that time and ended up leave him there until our squad found him.”

“Aww man…you should consider yourself lucky, Hanatarou,” Isane said while weakly shaking her head. “Every female shinigami want his kiss”

“So, that’s your first kiss huh?”

“I-I’m not the type of what you’re thinking off, Isane- fukutaicho. At least, I want my first kiss come from a girl.” “Like Rukia-san.” Hanatarou cried out with a little fury.

“But sadly you got it from a guy. Hey, just cheer up. It’s not like the world has-” Isane stop her teasing as she received the glare from her captain.

“Yurussei Isane!”

Unohana sweatdropped and sighed inwardly. Right now she was busily thinking of how to clear this matter off and talks this out with Kuchiki Byakuya. Hanatarou wasn’t even the one who is guilty, the noble too.

The man shouldn’t put all the blame on fourth division. Everything has to be solved in a smart way and without bias.

“Seemed he has an intention on you, Hanatarou,” Unohana exclaimed flatly which earning a heavy flush on the boy’s face. It was hard for her to believe the stoic noble has put his interest on the little medic instead of other shnigamis.

“B-But…I don’t feel the same way….I think he’s a mean person,” Hanatarou stammered with embarrass.

Isane rolled off her eyes. She couldn’t believe of what she heard. Did Hana really mean of what he has just said? This is how Hana view him? Isane can feel her heart sang a forbidden love song and imagined the perverted scene between the boy and the captain. She was planning in her mind to share the news with her fellows of Shinigami Women’s Association. “This could become the hottest gossip in Seireitei,” she convinced herself.

“I understand of what you feel, Hanatarou. Do you want me to file a charge against him, I can help you with it,” Unohana offered her kindness as it was the only way to make the boy happy.

Hanatarou suddenly lost in his thought. It was true that Kuchiki Byakuya had stolen his kiss but to think his act of some kind of sexual harassment would be too much. It may be damaging his captain career and nobility. For God sake it’s only a kiss and nothing more than that.

Probably he should forgive the captain and forget it.

What the hell I am thinking about?”

Hanatarou secretly blamed himself of why he has to be so damn kind to let the man just get away with it. But he didn’t want to be some kind of nuisance to the man.

Unohana blinked comically after she got the refuse gesture from the boy. “You mean it?” she asked him again.

“Yes, I refuse to bring this to the higher level, Taicho. He will get so much trouble because of me and I believe he will learn the mistake from the past. After all he’s a noble and he should understand better than me. Just end of the story,” Hanatarou confidently exclaimed, making her captain smile with relief.

Despite her weak and small appearance, Hanataoru was indeed a brave boy and has an innocent heart. This is why Unohana adored him very much.

“All right, if that’s that you want and I’ll try to talk to him in private. We close this case from now on,” Unohana said as she neatly arranged back the paperworks on her desk.

“Anou, Taicho?” Hanatarou suddenly called out. The lady and her lieutenant quickly stared back at the boy. “What is it, Hanatarou?”

“Anou…Can I ask you a favor?”

“What favor, Hanatarou?”

“Y-You can order me working in any division except the sixth and please, don’t put me in a same team with him next time….I’m afraid he-”

“I'll keep your word. No worry,” Unohana nodded and smiled sweetly, making the boy’s face beam with joy.

“You can dismiss now, Hanatarou.”

“Hai!”

O.W.A.R.I

The idea came from the chapter 301 where Hana accompanied Byakuya to save Rukia. I assume Hana heal him since he cannot use his broken arm and leg. Maybe he can't use his shunpo too because the injury so he can't chase Hana when the medic leave him. Just a trivia.
