\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\
Olivia coughed, “WHAT!” she yelled in disbelief.
“Olivia, shhhhh!” Charlie hissed. He turned back to Tancred... or Petrello. “Are you trying to make some kind of joke because it is extremely not funny?” Charlie whispered, looking around to see if anybody else had overheard what Tancred had said. Or Petrello, what ever.
“Listen,” exclaimed Tancred, “I don’t know what you are trying to pull but my brothers and sisters need me. You do know that there is a war going on right?”
“Well, yeah... there was but things have cooled down since then man.” Said Gabriel.
Looking over to Manfred’s bed Tancred sighed and said, “Hey, listen, could you please just get me out of here before he wakes up, because otherwise a battle is going to break out right in front of all these people. So come on, help a guy out.”
“Don’t worry about him,” said Olivia annoyed with Tancred uncooperative attitude, “it’s just Manfred.”
“You mean Borlath.” Tancred said matter-of-factly.
“No I mean Manfred. What’s wrong with you, did what ever this was damage your brain because this could all just be stories you remember gone funky?” said Olivia.
Then from beside Tancred the 3 heard a gasp. Lysander had just sprang from the hospital beds, pulling cords away, and needles off as he did. “Where am I?” he said, his accent stronger then usual.
“You’re in the hospital Lysander.” Olivia said concerned.
“Hospital, what’s a hospital, and what do you mean by calling me Lysander. My name is Tolemeo?” said Lysander.
“Did they put everyone here on crazy pills or what because you guys are kind of scaring me?” Olivia said horrified.
“Who are these new friends you have made Petrello?” asked Lysander.
As Tancred told Lysander all he knew, Gabriel leaned over and whispered, “Guy, I don’t think they’re lying, or that they’re making any of this up.”
“Oh how can you think that?” Olivia hissed while Charlie nodded, agreeing with Gabriel.
“I think this because, well, look at Billy!” He exclaimed. They did, and Billy, small Billy, had changed so radically that at first glances you could hardly tell it was him. His jaw had squared out with the look only men in their mid or late teens got. He had grown at least one and a half feet, and his whole body had filled out nicely enough to make Olivia let out a little “wow”. He had gone from being and looking 8 to looking 18.
“We...Well, Emma... Emma’s still Emma. Aren’t you Emma?” said Olivia loosing some of her certainty.
“Um, no.” was all Emma said.
“But you have to be Emma. You just have to be because if you’re not then who is going to be my best friend. I can’t go shopping with these two idiots. Guy’s don’t know anything about clothes and accessories. You can’t abandon me!” Olivia moaned.
“Um... Sorry?” Emma said uncertain of what was going on.
“Well who are you then?” Olivia muttered, finally giving in.
“My name is Gwyneth, and I most certainly do know how to shop, my governess took me to the market every Saturday when I was just a young girl, and I can assure you I know the mechanics of it.” She said.
Olivia sat dumbstruck for a while then said, “We... Well, that... that’s just... not the same. And let me guess, Billy’s Amadis, and Laney Powers is Guanhamara!”
Actually the one in the bed next to her is Guanhamara. The so called Laney is Amoret.” Said Emma knowingly.
“Okay, then who was the girl that just left?” asked Olivia beaten.
“I... I couldn’t really tell. Maybe she really was just sick.” She said.
“Well, it doesn’t matter, we need to get these guy’s out of here before the others wake up.” Said Charlie, taking charge again. And with the help of Tancred’s mom, Lysander’s mom, Emma’s Aunt, and the nurses permission for Billy, they left the hospital, all to be dropped of at Charlie’s house. They also brought Laney and Carly who had to bring Jennifer.
“Soooo...” said Olivia to Jennifer, “who are you?”
Jennifer laughed, “My name is Minerva.”
“I don’t remember hearing any stories of a Minerva.” Said Olivia suspiciously. Well, seeing as I’m not a child of the Red King but a Daughter of one of the King’s good friends, A welsh Magician you might have heard of. His name was...”
“...Mathonwy.” Charlie finished for her.
“Yes, you know of him?” asked Minerva.
“He is one of my Ancestors.” Charlie answered.
“Well imagine that.” Returned Minerva.
“Back to the point guys, we need to find out who that girl was.” Said Gabriel.
“What girl?” asked Olivia
“The one who came back to get her jacket.” Said Gabriel impatiently.
“Oh her? That’s Loraine Striker. She’s in my Advanced Chem. class. She doesn’t say much but when she does, she’s like one of the smartest people I’ve ever met. But don’t ask me where she lives because I don’t know.” Said Olivia.
“Okay Gabriel, would you look up Striker in the White Pages, and Olivia can you see if your mom could give us a lift?” Charlie began giving orders, and before they knew it, they were on their way to meet the mysterious Loraine Striker.

Aurora Amunesk, or Loraine Striker, as her so called mother had called her, had walked all over London before her hand carrier began ringing. When she pulled out the device that was making the ruckus, she read the word “Mommy” on the front and flipped it open. From the top of the device she heard a voice say, “Hello? Helloooo?”
“Hello?” she asked back.
“Oh, Loraine Striker I’ve been trying to find you all day. Why did you leave the hospital? I specifically instructed them to keep you there, and then they just let you leave. I really should sue them. Anyway what was the verdict? What did they say was wrong with you?” asked the device.
“Um... the doctors said there was nothing wrong with me and that I might need to go back for a... a... a check up. Yes that’s it a check up, next Monday.” She said, since she did sound like a mother as the device had said. “Um listen could you come pick me up. I’m getting kind of dizzy from walking after all the...”
“All the medicine they pumped into you. Yes I’ll come pick you up sweet. Where are you?” said her ‘mother’.
“Um... I’m,” she read a few of the signs around where she was, “in front of the Cathedral.”
“Okay, I’ll be there in 3, darling. See you then.” And then there was a click and she was gone. So Aurora closed the device back up and waited at the front steps of the cathedral. And true to her mother’s word, 3 minutes later there she was, letting off a rather annoying horn as she came.
All the way ‘home’ she paid attention to the way so she wouldn’t have to get lost and use the device to contact her ‘mother’ again. When they arrived home there was a noise similar to that of the one the device had made, and her mom yelled, “Darling, could you get that, it’s probably your father.” So she did.
When she picked up the phone she heard a deep male voice, similar to that of her real father’s, say, “Loraine, is that you. How are you bud?” she proceeded to tell him what she had told him earlier and then hung up telling him that she wanted to go lay down because she was feeling dizzy.
When she woke up later she knew everything that this Loraine girl had ever known, which was one of Aurora’s many gifts, for she, unlike her good friend Amoret, inherited many gifts form her father whereas Amoret only inherited one.
She recalled things such as the device she had been talking into was called a phone, and the way people talked in this time. She understood maths, and sciences she had not before. She knew how people dressed and what was stylish, and that the thing she had referred to as a hand carrier was actually called a purse, and that she was a social reject at school because she wasn’t skinny like most the girls, and she wore plain clothes because she wasn’t very pretty anyway and that was because she has bad acne. This girl had very low self-esteem, which Aurora was determined to fix. Looking in a mirror she saw that her acne was not so bad and that she was not so very large, and she was determined to have her parents, who were rather well off, take her shopping that very day. Good bye old Loraine and Hello new.
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\
When the group arrived at Loraine’s house they were shocked to see how big her house was. A large gate surround her house and you had to get past a guard to get in. When they asked to get in to see Loraine, they were told that she and her mother had gone to town and would not be home until later that evening.
“Great, now what shall we do?” asked Gwyneth.
“Just be patient!” exclaimed Olivia, “Excuse me,” Olivia said, talking to the Guard again, “do you know where we could find her, It’s really important.” You see, Olivia had this thing she could do with her eyes where she could get anybody to tell her anything. She could probably even hypnotize Manfred, and so the guard told her without really thinking about it, and they were off again.
They found her at a spa with her mother where she taking a mud bath and wearing this hideously green mask, next to her mother who was jabbering away about something unimportant, just excited that her daughter had actually asked her to do something like this, and had also asked if they could go shopping and visit the dermatologist, and get a membership at her mother’s favorite gym. So far, her mother thought, her day couldn’t have gotten better. She had been offering to do all this stuff for her daughter for years.
“Loraine?” Olivia asked taking a cucumber off her eye.
“So...” said Loraine, “you found me.” Taking the other cucumber off her eye she told her mom she would be back and got out since it was only Olivia and Emma in the room with her.
When they got to a private room she came out with, “Now... what can I help you with?” She was shocked to see silent Emma stick her finger in her face and hiss, “Who are you?”
“Are you crazy, you just called me Loraine when we were in that room? What do you mean by coming in here and asking me stupid questions?” she hissed back.
“I know you aren’t really Loraine. Everybody who was sick came back as someone else so who are you really?” Olivia put in.
“Who are you?” Aurora inquired.
Emma and Olivia looked at each other then both nodded. “I’m still Olivia,” said Olivia, “but Emma is Gwyneth. Now who are you?”
Aurora’s eye’s got big. “Gwynny?” she squealed. “It’s me, Aurora.”
Then they both squealed and jumped around like idiots while Olivia looked on like a third party that didn’t know either of them as the rest of the group ran from different parts of the group asking what the meaning of their ridiculous behavior. When they all learned who she was, the changed ones all took turns greeting her. She told them to meet her at her house the next day, for she already had plans with her new mother, and that she would tell the guard it was alright to let them in. And then they parted with thoughts of the next day in their heads.

When Borlath woke up all the other’s had already been awake for hours and were sitting around his bed. A disgustingly old man sat at the foot of his bed and watched his every move with great attention. “Are you he?” asked the ancient man.
“I am Borlath, first born of the Red King. I demand I be told where I am.” Commanded Borlath
A smile spread over Borlath’s face as they told him what was going on. “At last, another chance to seek my vengeance. Good, now get me out of this place. Brothers, sisters, we have work to do. What say you William?” he yelled to his good friend who was known by these people as Alex.
“Let’s!” was all he said for he was a quiet man.
“First,” said the man who had introduced himself as Dr. Bloor, “Let us get you some new clothes because you seem to have outgrown the ones you came in, Sire.”
Borlath agreed and the checked out of the hospital.
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\
Aurora was flipping through a seventeen magazine she had found in the waiting room at Macy’s when she saw them, but only one caught her eye. William Coulter, was the name she knew him by.
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\
She had loved him since she was 6 when her father had forced her into play dates, with William's family, the Great Welsh Magician’s children, and the Red King’s Children, and she instantly became best friends with Amoret, and Minerva.
She knew that she and William weren’t what anybody would call compatible. He was Quiet, and she was Loud. He was important, and she was just a magicians daughter, but she loved him and he loved her back, she knew for he had told her when she was 10. but their love wasn’t to be for when she was 12 and he was 13, his father told William that he was to marry Amoret, and she had been heart broken. She wouldn’t eat for days and left the kingdom later that year and was taken in by a family in one of the western kingdoms. When she was 16, the western Kingdom was attacked and within the next year the town was burned down by Borlath who by then had gone bad. When the soldiers had reached the part of the great city where she lived with her patroness, she sat in the dark, holding the widow whose family had died in the siege of the city. When the house was taken over she was found by Borlath’s soldiers, who took them to a camp that forced the women to work for no food. One night when she was sitting on her roof watching the moon and stars, she was called down. Expecting to receive a beating, she descended slowly, only to see him. That night he told Borlath that he wanted to buy one of the slaves and Borlath told him he would think it over.
Over the months, her relationship with William grew, and one night they laid with each other and she became pregnant. She was 18 by this time and William told of his desires to marry her, but before she was able to escape, Borlath discovered her, and when he found that she was pregnant, he stabbed her in the stomach, which immediately killed the baby, for he had never had much of a liking for her, and he watched her die. That was the last thing she remembered.

By this time, Aurora had crawled around a cornor, only to be revealed by her mother who was yelling rather embarrassing comments about her favorite tampon then grabbing them and then grabbing Aurora around the shoulders and dragging her to the cash register. Everyone in Borlath’s Group laughed except William and Borlath himself who saw her for who she really was. Williams eyes glittered but his face showed no emotion, but Borlath’s looked furious. She was revealed, and she was scared for what was to come.
