Story: Angels of Darkness

Preview: Yoh, Horo and Ren found a sad angel girl, she split her powers apart and gave it to them...What happens when these powers of Darkness change them from the outside in? and Hao returns...

Disclamer: I don't own Shaman king, I love the idea of the angel of darkness, I was listening to the song when I thought of this idea...so yeah...enjoy

Chapter one: Angel of Darkness

--

"I can't believe Cram school ran late again" Horo complained, putting his hands behind his head.

"The least you could do is quit complaining about it" Ren snapped as Yoh chuckled.

"No worries, guys" Yoh told them, "It's just another bother in life"

"A bother that either of you can't pass either, Yoh" Ren said unemotional.

"Thanks" Horo and Yoh complained.

"Just rub it in why don't you?" Horo anime cried.

Ren rolled his eyes as Yoh laughed.

They were making it past the Park when a light flashed in their eyes. It was similar to a shooting star but up close and it landed in the park, no loud explosion or anything.

They cringed as the Light went by and slowly opened them after it.

"What was that?" Horo asked, wide eyes.

"I dunno" Yoh smiled, "Lets go find out"

Ren sighed as Yoh and Horo took off to find where it landed. Ren followed behind them.

They wallked into a little clearing, from all the trees, and saw a girl. She had pale skin, black straight hair that was extremly long, she was on her knees, her hands clapsed together, as if she was praying. She wore a black indian like dress, she even had the headress made out of gold and a black cloth hanging on the back of her head and trailed down her back with her hair. the girl was in tears and it was streaming down her face, causing her face to stain red.

"Um...Miss" Horo walked over to her, "Are you okay?"

She snapped her head up, her dark eyes lost at them, "You can see me?" She asked, looking at them each.

"You must not realize that your dead yet" Ren squatted infront of her, looking at her closely. Her ears were covered by the black cloth attached to her head.

"Of course we can see you" Yoh spoke up to her, "We are shamans, you know"

The girl blinked a few times, "Shamans? all three of you?"

"Yep" Horo chimed happily, "You do know what that is, don't you?"

She wiped her tears with her black cloth and laughed a bit, "Yes I do...I fell in love with a shaman once" she smiled. Her smile was soft and sweet.

"So what are you doing here?" Ren asked, sternly, standing back up.

"I'm looking for someone to take on my responsibility for the Great Spirit" she told them, as she stood up, "And you three were the ones to come to me first"

At that moment, the gem on her head began to glow a neon white color, and it flew out in three differnt strings to them.

They saw the flash and that was the last thing they saw.

--some time later--

Yoh woke up in a hurry, he snapped his eyes open and shot up. He was panting, he brushed the sweat off with his arm and looked around. He was back in his room, in his sleeping kimono. He jumped up, wondering what happened to Ren and Horo. He walked out of his room and into the hallway of the inn. He walked over to Ren's room and opened the door.

Ren was sitting up right, he was fully awake. He looked up at Yoh in confusion, "Weren't we just in the park?" he asked.

Yoh thought, "I think so...with that plack haired girl" Yoh told him.

"I remember" Ren held his head with his palm, "But everything after that is a blurr"

Yoh nodded and then remembered Horo, he ran off from Ren's door and went to Horo's door and opened it, finding him still asleep.

Yoh sighed, "We're all here...but what happened last night?"

Ren walked over to him, he was in his sleeping kimono, "I don't know..." Ren sighed.

Horo began to sturr and looked over at his friends and sat up, "Whats up guys?" he asked streching.

Ren raised a brow at Horo, "Do you not remember where we were last night?"

Horo thouhgt, "The park, some dark Indian girl...thats all I remmeber" Horo got up.

Yoh was still in thought, " My brain is killing me" he held his head, "What happened last night?"

"Thats what I was about to ask you three" They heard the evil female voice behind them.

Anna was glaring at them, "You three walked in about midnight, when cram school was over about nine" she glared.

"Anna we can explain" Yoh waved his hands at her, defensivly, but truth be known, he was scared to death, "Ren, tell her"

Ren snapped his head over to glare at Yoh, "I will do NO such thing" he barked.

"Please Ren, she won't believe me" Yoh pleaded.

"You know I am standing right here" Anna sounded ticked.

Horo walked over, pushing Ren out of the way, "I'll tell you what happend" He started, "Over breakfast" He grined.

--over breakfast--

"So let me get this straight..." Anna began, "You saw a big flash of light, met a girl with indian clothes and the gem on her forehead glowed and you don't remember anything after that?"

"Yep, thats it" Horo told her, finishing his rice.

Anna sighed as Tamao finished her drawing. She was sitting next to Anna, drawing out what the girl looked like, based on the three boy's memory.

"Um...miss Anna?" Tamao finally spoke up, handing Anna the sketch pad.

Anna took it from her and looked, she nodded. "Did she look like this?" she turned the drawing so they could see her.

The drawing was definatly her, hair, gem, everything.

"Thats her" Ren told her.

"Somethings missing" Yoh spoke up.

"What do you mean?" Horo asked, "Thats her"

Yoh shook his head, "There was something...behind her..." Yoh pointed the left of her head, behind her.

"Like what?" Tamao asked, voice really low.

Yoh tried to think, "A shadow of someone..." he told them, "I didn't see a perfect veiw...but it was there"

--Else where--

The girl with black hair was still in the park, She had dilivered her powers to those boys and they'll soon be realizing what she had done. she was in tears, her body was no longer spirit-like. She was finally human, free from her dark powers.

"Now...I can be with the one I fell in love with" she smiled happily, wipping her tears away, "Know I just have to find him" she got up.

She heard someone walk up behind her, "It's been a long time Yamya" a male voiced spoke to her.

She snapped her head around to look upon a brunette young man, long hair and black eyes, wearing a cream colored pancho and a child following him.

"Master Hao" she gasped, "I...I..." she stummered.

"Who's she, Master?" Opachu asked him.

"This is Yamya, and old friend of mine" He smiled to the child and then looked back at her, smirking, "How's life treating you? You seem to preoccupied with something" His smirk grew.

"I have finally freed myself from the dark powers" she sighed, "I couldn't take it anymore...I had to give them up" she came close to him, she was a little shorter than he was, "I couldn't stand to be away from you any longer" She cluched her hands close to her chest, blushing feaverishly.

Hao nodded and walked closer to her, taking her in an embrace, "I didn't think you would remember me" he whispered.

At first, Yamya was taken back by his action, but then huddled closer to the older Asakura, "why would I forget?" she asked.

Hao pulled away from the embrace, still in a smirk, He touched her face, rubbing her tear-stained cheek, "My sweet Angel of Darkness" He whispered sweetly in her ear.

"Former...master" she whispered back.
